Disappointed by the lack of Big Daddies, but I guess story wise it would be weird for them to still be around. Also hope the co-op isn't going to take away from the isolation the first game was built around - perhaps a seperate co-op campaign or even just in multiplayer "Mercenaries" esque modes. No matter what they do with this game I'm almost certain to buy and love it, though.

Fuckkkkkk yeah. Does that mean theres a chance mwY will support Brand New? It has to happen, so that me and you can finally defeat Ellmeister and his bastard claim to awesome. Or one of them anyway. He has several

Theres a definate argument for investigators revealing guys they have who are good. It cuts down on repetitions - investigators will have their night wasted reinvestigating someone who has already been checked out, but not revealed. Lets us get through everyone faster, with the obvious problems of the investigators being targets. Finding the balance is the key - ruling out revealing good guys entirely seems pointless.

What is this hawaiian thing? My school is doing "wear something funny for money". So lots of men in dresses. I personally am going for this tshirt: Very slightly more original.

Weird how the team that barely started testing are actually when you think about it the team with the most development time done on their car. When you look at how early Honda abandoned the 08 season it makes sense for Brawn GP to be right up there. Especially with testing restrictions as they are this year, I think they have a great chance. How galling would it be for Honda if their old team won the championship and made a bit of money!

Another daily update on my stuff: Talked to Girl2 today, she even seemed almost excited that I asked if she wanted to go up to the shops together. She backed off slightly afterwards saying it depended on if she was doing anything else, which may have been second thoughts of may have been remembering some other plans that she now wants to get out of. Either way it was a more positive reaction than I expected. Hopefully we will go up tomorrow, then hopefully we will go to the movies, then hopefully something will happen! That is my current plan, at least. 1. Ask to shops as friends - check 2. Casually suggest movie while there (moving away from the friends thing) 3. ??? 4. Profit Who knows. Was alot more comfortable with the other girl today aswell, hopefully things are looking up all over! This situation has almost kick started me into trying to actually do something about it, rather than sitting back and watching and analysing and all that horrible stuff that may well be helpful in computer games or maths but doesn't help so much in the real world.

Daily update for anyone who cares: Have changed my mind once again. Am now realizing that, apart from the fact that girl 1 kissed me and messed me up for awhile, it's actually girl 2 that I like more. Need to go buy something for the birthday girl before Saturday, so may use that to try and get girl 2 on a semi-"date" up to the shopping centre and casually suggest a movie also.

How come the Glasgow Brand New gig isn't showing up on Ticketmaster?

I've found that same error Ashley, with the Xbox thread.

So I have decided that I am definately going to try and go to Reading Fest this year. I had considered it fleetingly previously, but a friend mentioned he was going and then completely hyped me up for it to the point that I am determined to go. Any other KNEE'rs going to be going?

Thanks everyone! Call it even?

Eurgh. Today was weird. She did exactly as I said, and we laughed it off and just ignored it totally. What I wasn't expecting is that I found that incredibly hard. I thought that would be the easiest, simplest way to deal with it - but actually, it's not. I'm finding it more difficult than I expected to go back to "friends". Even though it was barely anything. Now I don't know if I should tell her this. If she is, as Molly and a few others suggested, keeping up appearances but inside is as confused as me, it could help things; but I fear it's more likely she isn't, and that it will only make it worse. And if I do decide to tell her, how do I do it? "Hey, everything I told you yesterday is bullshit. It's too hard going back to friends for me" out of the blue? How will that help me? And then I'm bullshitting further by wanting to go after her, but still not cut off my chances with the other girl should things backfire. Perhaps I should wait for Saturday and see if anything happens then. That Sunday morning, having been forcibly "friends" again for a week, might be a good time to tell her how hard I'm finding it, should nothing happen. If something does, then thats a whole other scenario. Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh.

Well, apart from the school bullshit that has been well and truly documented in the Sexuality Thread, today has been awesome. Had some proper good convos on MSN (Ellmeister gets a particular shoutout here for really cheering me up), sorted my headfuck out a bit, discovered a new band, discovered Brand New are touring and quite possibly come very close to going to Reading Fest. I am actually fucking HAPPY right now, and feeling good about things in general. I did not see this coming, and N-E has a lot to do with this. I'll probably go into school tomorrow and have my optimism crushed, but fuck it I feel good right now.

I think I get what you mean. But still, the wording of her text comes to mind (this is a direct quote of it):"But I don't like you in that way at all...i really dont have feelings for you" I feel like if there was anything there, she wouldnt close it off so harshly. Or was she perhaps doing that for her own benefit, as much as anything else, to prevent complications? See now I'm just overthinking everything again. I shall try and avoid this analysis and just see where it goes, because churning this around and around in my mind does nothing to help me at all. Well, how do you feel about her? Do you think a real relationship will work between you? Also bear in mind that stopping the sex now may offend her and cause more problems than continuing. Perhaps you could try and keep it casual as far as possible, and stop it off if any signs of animosity start to creep in? You could explore the relationship option with reduced risk to the state of your home next year that way. Then again, as you've seen, I'm not the best at giving advice

Fuckkkk. The Glasgow date is my friends birthday - dunno if he will be able to go. I need to make another friend listen to Brand New, and fast. If it comes to it, I may be prepared to go alone.

But I admitted to her, after 3 years, that I do like her as more than a friend. So what kind of warped "pride" leads to her blanking me? Again, can't see what warped emotion would lead her to want me to fight for her any more than a flat out admission of my feelings. As I said to Ell on MSN: Girls are evil and not to be trusted. but i still want one in my pants Saturday should be interesting to say the least. And share, share, share. I can safely now say it feels damn good. I always had this image of being reading my whiney bullshit and just seeing some stupid arsehole, but all I've had is positive. Then again, maybe the people who think I'm a stupid arsehole have just been too well mannered to post and let me know. Edit: Touché, Moogle.

With regards to the "improved social life" I think I am making some headway. 6 months ago I never went to anything. Last weekend, I was out both Friday and Saturday, and I already have plans for both nights this weekend too. One off or not, this is better. When I started my job I felt so inferior. All the smalltalk at work was "what did you do last night?" because I only work Sat and Sun. I never had anything to say. In fact, I was banking up all the parties I'd been too before (maybe 3 total?) to have as my answer for the next time I get asked, even though it was months ago, not last night. Now, I'm hoping I get asked, so for once I can have a decent, honest answer for them!

Jayseven, you are awesome. Everything you say is something I've thought in my head before, and you saying it to me reinforces it. I kinda know it anyway, but don't really pay attention to it, if you know what I mean. Your saying everything I'm thinking, in a far more eloquent way. I know what you mean Daft, totally. Obviously though all you know of her is what I've said, but I don't think it's in her nature to be like that. So your point is definately valid. Eenuh: A girls perspective is always helpful - thanks.

Hi my name is Goldeneye. PEGGLE! Probably won't buy it though. Already got it for PC and DS. Don't think I need it on my TV if I have it on PC and portable.
