  1. The thing is, though, that she bitches about 50% of this particular group everytime we meet but she still spends time with them and acts like they are good friends. And when I said that I don't like them she got really mad. I didn't even say anything bad about them...I simply said "I don't like them". That's why I was wondering whether I was out of line with telling her. I would never do that. Especially because they seem to be nice people from what I've gathered. It's just that I don't like them. And my girflriend got so angry with me when I told her. I wanted to point out her hypocrisy but I also wanted to live, so...
  2. But...nah, I won't go there. :p
  3. Am I out of line when I tell my girlfriend that I don't like some of their friends and I really don't like spending time with them?
  4. Spent the last few days at my girlfriend's so not a lot of gaming happened. I did, however, spend some more time with Downwell (PSVita). Such a lovely little game. Finished my first run just now and unlocked hard mode. Managed to get every trophy besides the hard mode trophies over the weekend, too. Enjoyed every second of it and I can't wait to beat the game again on the highest difficulty. : peace: Another Platinum will be mine soon, hopefully (it's currently 2.99€/£2.49; even at full price (4.99€/£3.99) it's a steal). Oh, and Sleeping Dogs...Don't text in real life and drive in a video game, people.
  5. There was not a lot to watch here, then :p I've been avoiding posting in this thread for obvious reasons. I might post my thoughts about NX in the Other WiiU Thread (maybe create "The Other NX Thread"?), though. But who knows.
  6. There will most likely only be a 1 year leap between the first and second season. Can't find the interview I read about this, though...
  7. I've watched the trailers and I'm not disappointed. I just don't like how HelloGames and Sean Murray blatantly lied about what the final product would be and people have a right to be disappointed/angry. What's even more annoying is the fact that they were and still are silent about the matter.
  8. You can't deny, however, that the game in no way looks like what we've seen in earlier trailers (not talking about graphics) and that a lot of stuff is missing. I don't really mind because I enjoy the game (not playing at the moment for reaons I've stated, though) but still...the devs and especially Murray have lost a lot of credibility and respect. And rightly so, in my opinion.
  9. I've been playing Alienation occasionally these past few days, slowly plucking away at the requirements for one particular trophy: By the Power of Weird Alien Artifacts, I Have the Power! Insert 12 maximum level cores into a legendary quality weapon. You need 12 level 6 cores and of course one 12-slot legendary weapon. Slowly but surely I've collected 11 level 6 cores but that legendary just wouldn't drop. 20 minutes ago...Playing a mission I suddenly see an orange weapon on the ground. I walk towards it and out of habit just pick it up without taking a closer look. After the mission had ended, I checked my gear and HOLY FUCK, can you guess what I saw? YES. 12 slots on a legendary Heavy Machine Gun. So the most random aspect of that trophy is completed. Now to collect some more cores and maximize its powers After that I have to level up one class that I use in co-op play with a mate, finish the game and reach level 30 with a hardcore character and complete a couple more events and assignments.
  10. Oh my God, the PS4 patch has been released. Looks like unlocks and trophies are fixed. Well, now waiting for the Vita patch which has been submitted to certification today..........................
  11. Just watched the first two episodes of Rick and Morty. And I don't know. I just don't know. I laugh, I'm confused, I laugh, I'm stunned, I laugh, I can't even.
  12. Mutant Blobs Attack is awesome. One of my first PSVita games. I think I never completed it, though... But there will come a time when I get back to it Been having a lot of fun with Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. I slowly make my way through the story missions but most of the time I end up doing optional stuff It's great that collectibles are shown on the map after you've completed dates with the game's ladies. : peace: Combat (both close combat and gunplay) is amazing. So much fun. I have only been in one shootout but it's been such a joy. The slomotion after vaulting over cover is great. :awesome: The races are freaking awesome, too. So much fun. Rubberbanding actually works here as it makes races quite intense and not frustrating. Not being able to respawn when you fall of a bike can be frustrating, though...but it's only annoying in very long races. Also: Yes, totally planned.
  13. Did you reach the second mission? It's more difficult than the first. I've died several times during my playthrough there (mostly against the boss). But I agree, it's not as difficult as the Alpha. I think that's a good thing for new players, though. I feel that if playing the Beta was my first time with Nioh I would probably get my ass handed to me a lot. Agree! You can feel the influence and inspiration the devs got from the Souls games but Nioh is definitely something different.
  14. I finished the Beta and got the Mark of the Strong DLC : peace: The Beta isn't completed, though, because...well, I won't spoil it
  15. That's why I've decided to take a break from it. Like you, I've put in around 40 hours already and really enjoyed my time with it but if I continue at this pace I will be burnt on it. I left myself several things to do (max out exo-suit and ship, travel through a black hole, travel to green/red/blue Star Systems, find Atlas Pass v2 and v3, follow the Atlas Route, travel to the centre, several trophies) and I will get back to the game after the first content patch. Edit: Managed to beat the second mission of the Nioh Beta and acquired the Mark of the Strong DLC for the full game. This game will be a hit : peace:
  16. Yours must be very bright because I barely notice the light on my DS4...it doesn't even reach a wall that is more than 50cm away.
  17. Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions.
  18. Sometimes I can get a perfect Ki pulse 4 times in a row and own enemies. Sometimes I fail absolutely everthing and in turn become too reckless. I'm almost at the first boss again (on the ship). I am very afraid A little advice: If you open up shortcuts they appear to reset when you exit and then re-enter the mission. Not sure if this happens on purpose but I had to find out the hard way... Edit: Beat the first boss without dying. He seemed to be nerfed, though. I was wrong about the two missions from the Alpha being available in the Beta. It's only the first mission from the Alpha that's included. Just finished the sub-mission and will start the second mission
  19. I just wanted to give it a quick go...ended up playing for an hour. The missions from the Alpha are available and I've worked my way through a good chunk of the first. Haven't died, yet, but that was to be expected because now I know what the hell I'm doing. Pretty sure I'm ready to battle the first Yokai (the one in the hut). I can already see myself dying Thank god weapon durability has been removed. Now I don't suffer from the "too good to use syndrome" and just use the best weapon I find.
  20. Played this for an hour last night and it seems to be a game I can enjoy The combat is brutal, awesome and fun. I think that most of my gaming time today will be spend with the Nioh Beta, though.
  21. Just a reminder: The Beta is out now. :awesome: @Deathjam : peace:
  22. Finished The Talos: Principle: Road To Gehenna just now. The DLC (which is included in the PS4 release) adds several puzzles which are awesome. Going for the Platinum I had to solve 7 puzzles that were each confined to relatively small "rooms" but holy hell they have been quite difficult. I felt like a genius after each one What made them so awesome was the fact that the assets you've been using throughout the entire game needed to be used in different ways. You had to think outside the box. Best puzzle game I've ever played My next game will be Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition. Bought this a long time ago but never properly gave it a chance.
  23. Two more games completed and Platinumed. The first one was Arcade Game Series: Pac-Man (PS4). Had a lot more trouble beating levels than I expected. It still only took about 90 minutes to get the Platinum trophy, though. And in the last few hours I finished Super Exploding Zoo (PS4/PSVita). Lovely little puzzle game. Enjoyed it a lot The trophies were very easy so the Platinum only took 3 hours (I think). Now...what to play next? I've decided against Call of Duty: Black Ops III Singleplayer. It's something I'd love to complete in online co-op with a mate. On the Vita I'm half-regularly playing Minecraft. It's my go-to game when I just need to relax and let the day come to an end I will eventually get the Platinum but I won't rush it. Nothing from my "On Hold List" speaks to me right now and I think I'll reducy my time with No Man's Sky so I won't be burnt out when the first content update arrives. Well, looking at my PS4 library I got reminded that I need to finish the The Talos Principle: Road To Gehenna (DLC). I think that's what I'll finish next
  24. Because Sony is smart.
  25. If the PS4 continues to be this successful and if PSVR and the Neo will take off, I can see them give a new handheld a chance. But not in the next 2 or 3 years.
