Last night I went to roleblock Dedede since he's been pretty quiet. Instead of reaching him he kept disappearing as I got closer, as if he was forming illusions. I don't really see why any townie would have protected him above certain other people if I'm being honest.
It does seem likely that Diageo was jailkept/protected because of the writeup (he got a taste of his own medicine) so that's 2 protectors accounted for as not protecting Dedede. What say you Dedede?
Ah, the end-of-the-generation year. Always amazing.
Haven't got/played TLOU yet, was waiting for a price drop. I know it will deliver.
Up until now Bioshock Infinite, Animal Crossing and Ni No Kuni have wowed me.
I need all of those except the Fi mask, and I've got a few duplicates myself.
I have Pikmin, Mushroom mural (mario bros themed wall), block floor (mario themed floor), Bill Blaster, Yoshi egg.
The D pad is used quite extensively for a lot of games. Maybe not on the 360, since the D pad sucks. It has a good few uses that are really handy - quick item/weapon selection, hotkeys and menu selection. The menu selection is really important for games where the menu/inventory doesn't pause the game - you can still move with the analogue stick while also navigating the menu (which worked really well in games like PSO).
The argument for the 'necessity' of the analogue stick being higher up for it to be comfortable is pretty much defeated by the fact the right stick is in the very place that apparently causes such a problem (something no one conveniently seems to find uncomfortable). This is despite the right stick being used just as much in most games in the form of camera movement.
If it's a choice between an ever-so-slightly better placement of the left analogue and having a workable D-pad then it's the D-pad, every time.
You randomly have a luck property every day, which can be bad luck. One of the daily bad luck conditions is tripping (apparently the fortune teller can cure this later on). I have heard that wearing long/winter clothes during summer can cause the effect too though.
As much as I would like the left analogue stick where the D-pad is, placing the D-pad lower down absolutely kills it. That was pretty much the case with both the gamecube and 360 pads. Reaching D-down with your left thumb was not at all intuitive.
The D-pad does still have a pretty good use outside of beat 'em ups, most notably being to quick switch between items or weapons.
Awesome, I will have something nice for you in return. will be on in 10 min.
EDIT: Scratch that I will open my gates at about 5PM!
@Grazza my town gates are open now. Don't think I have you hearted yet!
Even if a friend just lets you hold an item, unless it's classed as special/rare you can order one yourself. Or you can sell stuff you don't have space for now and buy it back when you want it later.
Night owl is where it's at. Some of the shops close at 9 or 10 otherwise and that's just too early. Also 20k won't really mean much in the long run, it's just a couple of beetles.
