So is it going to be worth doing a system transfer? I've been trying to think about this. Of course it means you get all your games moved over and you won't need to keep switching back to play Smash on a Saturday or using the Switch if we play another MK8 Thursday. I've got a few backlog games and a couple new games I've just bought off the eshop to play through. However I'm thinking of internal storage space. I think I have a 128GB SD card in the Switch and obviously the 32GB? of internal storage. So yeah I'll have the room for the transfer. But then with MK World downloading and then GC NSO on top how long will that 512GB last? I could get a SD card for the switch for around £50-£60 for about 256GB-512GB (at least I think those were the prices) but that's more money paying out already on top of the console.

No More Heroes And that's another one down. I bought this and NMH2 in a sale on the eShop probably like 3 or 4 years ago (maybe more). I started playing this and I think I maybe got to about the 3 fight. Must have been a new game came out as I never went back to it, so thought this was a good way to go back and finish it. I decided to just start over again this time. Before, I was using the joycons and using the motion controls but found out that it does support the pro controller so thought Id give that a go so I wasn't waving those around, and I have to say it felt just as good playing with pro controller so I just did that. If you've played these then you'll know that, I guess the main selling point was the excessive blood and the language, along with the sexual references. I kept thinking of this throughout. Right the main story is you are an assassin and your task is to make it to the number one spot. there's 10 people above you and you take each one out. Whilst there is some variety to each part, they pretty much come down to, get the money to enter the fight, fight some cronies on your way to the boss and then defeat said boss. You then climb up the ladder towards becoming number 1. The only issue with this is that each one does start to feel like it is just a slog to get to the main part which is the fight. Each bit before was vey similar. However there were a few exceptions which mixed it up a bit. In between these there is the city to explore but there's not an abundance of things to do. Mainly assassin mission where you are tasked to beat a set number of guys or take out the main guy in a sea of others. Thee are what you will keep going back to to get the entry money for the main story levels. Or at least I did, and once you get more opened there are one or two that you can just go back to over and over to grind that money. The only problem with this is that you need to go to one place to select it, then travel across the map to get to the place to start the mission. Then you need to redo all that if you want to do it again. You can of course use the sops and places in the city to up grade your weapon and skills though I didn't feel that it really did much. It doesn't feel much of a change. There's tons of clothing to find and buy, moves, and a few other hidden things but again not really needed to progress from what I found. So slug on, beat a ranked match, get the money, beat the next. There were a few matches that gave me a bit of a problem, but after turning the game off and then trying another day I was able to beat them first time. IT comes down to figuring the patterns and just hitting them when you can. One thing I did like was it had a twist ending that I didn't see. Nice there, but also it seems there is more, or a true ending that I didn't seem get. Once you beat the boss, you get the cutscene then get sent back to a save where you can clear the data for what seems to be a new game +. It puts you back at the start with all your items in hand, so I guess yo just play through again. Maybe I missed something to get the true ending though. Overall, Im sure these games were considered really good. However I just didn't get that from them for my playthrough. It felt like it was just 10 chapters all doing mostly the same thing. And combos were really just button mashing the X or Y with an occasional B to try to do one of the suplexes. 7/10 Still think it deserves a 7 for just being so what is was for a Wii game. Updated list. I have recently been using up my gold points on the eShop in the recent sale so may take a break from this list to play a few of those. I guess they will show up here too.

I may get this. I got RMX early on so this seems like a good cheap second game.

Am I one of the few who seems to be satisfied with just being the original GC controller with the adapter?

Animal Crossing. I have so many fond memories of that game and the joys it bought. It was the first time I ever bought an import copy of a game along with the FreeLoader to play it. I think the game arrived like 3 days before the FreeLaoder so I had to wait. I made so many friends from a site that I found when I started playing the game, ACC, Animal Crossing Community. Still talk to some today, and I was there like 20 years ago when the game came out. There were two thing I did that I never saw anywhere else on the internet. One, and remember this was before saving photos directly was a thing, I took a photo of every inch of the map and stitched them all together to form (what may be) the only full town photo ever. https://www.bowserbasher.com/images/ACImages/GCFullTownImages/ACTheShireFull.jpg The second was the fabled "huge shadow" in the ocean when you went to the GBA island. I remember hearing about it and seeing people use codes to walk on the water to see it, but I had never seen an actual image of the thing, especially in unedited gameplay. I was playing one day, went over to the island and suddenly saw it. Well WrestleMania weekend is over, and we had a few good twists. NXT Stand and Deliver was the better overall show non stop banger after banger. Sunday was the better WM show. Saturday seemed to be a bit off. It seemed that the matches just weren't clicking. Anyway some thoughts.

Most seemed a bit meh to me. They are nothing like the earlier ones. Most just seem to now be "some kind of virtual reality universe" episode. I'd say four of the six had some kind of device or computer that put you in a virtual reality setting. It just seems to be a go to and they just get samey. Eulogy was OK at being the best one that could have been based in reality. Just take away the going into the photos with the VR doohickey and well photos, sounds, smells do bring back memories for people. I don't mind the USS Callister one, it at least followed on from before and gave some backstory too. But again VR type stuff again. Common people was just a dig at all the streaming sites, They were OK but again, there are some of the earlier ones that are much better.

My sentiments follow @Glen-i. Lux was the better episode. Enjoying the series so far and can't wait to see where this goes. Hopefully this ends strong and doesn't fizzle out.

A few people mentioned adventure mode, but I only saw one mention of open world. I did say planes and hovercraft (like DKR) so I guess I was close with those. Fun reading back. Also @Glen-i was totally wrong on the costumes being a gatcha only thing. We have got loads of costumes coming in World.

I'd like to point out the cheaters @Glen-i and @Dcubed. How do you disconnect everyone else but you two in the middle of a race? Anyway. I got a Mii formation too. And this special one. Here's the MKTV view as I couldn't work it out.

This was mine too, and sometimes I'd add in that you can't attack anyone yourself, you could only use the Pokeballs and whatever Pokemon you got. So basically a Pokemon battle

As much as they have changed things, this really is looking to be what the series needed. I think it would have sold millions if it was just another Mario Kart with new tracks and new characters with a new gimmick like anti gravity was. But this adds a whole new way to play, and I can/'t wait till me and @Glen-i actually have something to do whilst waiting for everyone else to turn up to the room on a Thursday.

Watched the WM IX doc last night, really good watch. I love this type of thing, not so much for the seeing guys out of character, but for what goes into making the shows go to plan. Interesting stuff I found in this was the fact that even 3 hours before the show was to air, they were doing rehearsals on entrances. an that was in an open arena (if you call a converted parking lot an arena) where if there was any way to fly over it could have given things away. I knew about the whole Hogan thing and how he shouldn't have been anywhere in the main event, but I remember at the time that word was that the guys or one that was in change at Ceasars Palace, wanted Hogan to win the title and he made it happen that way. From the sounds of things in this, Vince had already made that choice before hand (Bret knew on the Friday) and it seems that not for the only time in his time at WWE, Vince Screwed Bret. Anyway, it's WrestleMania weekend. What are people looking forward to in terms of matches, and any predictions? Think like many I'm probably interested in the WWE title match. Just for the reason of what would they do. If Cody wins, then what does Cena do for the rest of the year? He can't just go back to being a face and act like this didn't happen. But I don't see him having much to do as heel Cena for the remainder of the year as is. N ow if he wins, then he's already told us what he's going to do and we have a story for the rest of the year. Jey has to win, it seems like they have been building him up for this big win for a while now. Jacob Fatu has to win the US title, guys on fire right now, and he's going to be a big name in the future. NXT Stand and Deliver should be great too. It's always a great show. I had to look it up but for anyone that watches the Hall of Fame ceremony, for us in the UK it will be on WWE's YouTube channel. I thought Netflix may have had it since they have al the shows, but it seems that they really only have the main three and PLE shows.

Whilst there’s no regular GP mode as such, you can go into vs mode and select classic 3 lap races. From there I’m assuming you could set 4 races as an option to simulate the classic mode.

Great to hear the impressions, @Julius and @Glen-i. From the sounds of things, Mario Kart is gonna be fun the more people are playing, so hopefully our Thursday nights will attract a few more players. And NSO GC sounds like it's gonna be a blast, and even better once we get some more games added. (Please 4 Swords Adventures) I can't wait to get playing.

finally got around to building the McLaren MP4/4. Amazing set, looks gorgeous, nice site and the best thing is that when it's sitting on the floor there is, like a real F1 car, just a slight gap between the bottom and the floor. As stated in the instruction book, they designed the chassis that has a a ground clearance of just two lego plates.
