The phone is smooooooth. On the inside and out. I have dropped it a fair few times without a case. Drunken usually. its got a few dents in the side and some scratches on the back but nothing on the front. Its also smoother and runs faster than the nexus7 and really you can't fault the price!

All those apps you mention look fine, they are not specifically designed for tablets but they are not stretched and any large garish pixels. Gmail is a bit more tablet friendly but there all great.

The pack is great. Although the airport is not as huge as the description makes out when you buy the pack. The dodge charger as seen in fast and the furious is great fun. Its fast enough but also funny enough when you stick on the ram chassis and just take everyone down :-)
