Ah right. I havent really watched anything since the initial reveal. That mostly sold me on the game so havent seen the point in watching more lol

And this is exactly why I stopped playing the Pokemon games. I felt like I was playing the same game with a graphical upgrade over and over again. Granted we are also talking about a game with a graphical update but I think an epic RPG that looked amazing would work really well.

I just meant a logic tool would need to be implemented which would basically have you connecting up items depending on what you do with them. Like "Block A, moved to area B opens door C. It sounds simple enough but it would depend how deep into this they would want to go.

I think the problem with a Zelda Maker game would that it would need to include logic tools for puzzles etc to work and would become a lot more complicated. Not saying I wouldnt want one though.

November seems like an odd time for a game like this to be released. I know its gathered a hell of a lot more buzz on the Internet than an indie-ish title would do but I think it could still get lost among the November releases for the general public.

Im on World 2 now and unfortunately still finding it pretty boring. I would say its me being a bit bored of platformers as a whole but I enjoyed Mario 3D World well enough and if Spelunky counts then thats probably my most played game of all time (Steam says I've hit 706 hours)

Have Nintendo said anything yet about Link's movement in this yet? Specifically things like will he actually be able to jump etc?

Well I've just completed the main story. I think it got better as it went on but I still feel like the beginning needed more build up. The on foot sections were brilliant as usual but I didnt like the Batmobile stuff at all, especially the Cobra tank bits. Overall I'd say is the worst of the Rocksteady trilogy. Anyway, off to complete the rest of the side missions so I can get the full ending!

And thats why I think you are the major problem here. You are either a troll (as shown with all the Wii stuff), or you just dont get what you are constantly doing.

Why do you think that? Seems with the rise of online the benefits of handheld diminish quite a bit.

Im completely bored of the handheld Pokemon games but I think a full on 3D home console RPG could be good. People have made this comparison before but something like Ni No Kuni on PS3 would be brilliant.

Do Nintendo care though? They left the Wii to die for its last year or two didnt they?

Because the discussion was about the Wii U screenshots. All it does it once again make you look defensive. Posting a reply immediately comparing them to PS4 screenshots means nothing because even if it was true and all PS4 games did look alike, so what? Would that make my observation about the Wii U screenshots any different? Im not saying dont post your opinion that all PS4 games look the same. I'm saying do it in the relevant place and context.

I still feel like 2016 is a bit too early. Obviously I cant say how long they have been working on this but I would hope they wouldnt rush it to market due to the failure of the Wii U.

But my question is, why do you need to immediately jump to comparing them elsewhere? The comparison wouldnt mean anything because my point would still have been about the Wii U screenshots, thats what we were discussing.

I would hope that all members, no matter what side of this they are falling on can see that creating a new account to make points helps nobody and only weakens points. None of us can take you seriously.

Dont get me wrong, I'm not saying we shouldnt be comparing other consoles. I just think it actually needs to be relevant and not some snarky comeback that doesnt serve the conversation at all.

Such a shame that Arkham Asylum didnt make it to the Wii U as well. I understand Arkham Knight not coming but its both Asylum and City play quite differently with the more cramped, Asylum and the more open City.

But thats the point. So many of your PS4 comments are just in reply to someones comment about Nintendo. Instead of just replying to someones complaint you just try to deflect onto another console. The screenshots post is a perfect example of that. Me saying they were gorgeous but I could see how people could say it lacked variety was immediately responded to by you saying that the PS4 doesnt either, instead of discussing the actual screenshots at hand.

To be honest, I've not been including Wii when I've been talking about this. I dont see him as a troll in the same way that I think others have been called on here but I do think he posts stuff like that to rile people up which obviously doesnt help things at all.

I think the main issue on the forum that causes all the problems we have been talking about is the Nintendo defense. Those who feel the need to defend Nintendo seem to think that the people complaining are doing it to troll and are getting some kind of pleasure in seeing Nintendo struggling. I dont think anyone on this forum wants to see Nintendo fail and go away completely otherwise we wouldnt have joined to begin with. The PS4 owners get talked about sometimes like they all just one day decided to join NE from some other Playstation forum to cause trouble. We all loved Nintendo and joined here to talk about them. Some are happy with their output still, some arent but we should still all be able to talk about it. I've said it a couple of times now in this thread but never get a response from those doing it. If you stop "defending" Nintendo and just try to "discuss" Nintendo then 90% of these problems we talk about would just go away. Stop viewing every negative post as an attack or a troll post because if thats your default view then of course the conversation will go straight to crap every time.
