1. Mario Tennis Open - single player and online tennis fun with my favourite video game mascots? Yes please! Probably a game that will be in my 3DS's cartridge slot for a long time. 2. Luigi's Mansion 2 - loved the original, despite never owning a copy, so can't wait to play a sequel to this under-rated gem. 3. Paper Mario 3DS - this better be the true sequel to The Thousand Year Door. 4. Rhythm Thief - I'm a huge fan of this genre on Nintendo handhelds. Wonder if this will be the 3DS' answer to Elite Beat Agent? 5. Kid Icarus Uprising/Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D - looking forward to trying both these franchises next month. Not that familiar with them either, so hoping to be suprised.

This is currently ?24.99 at Play.com if anyone's looking to save a fiver

Defintley! Hopefully we won't have to wait too long for it. Maybe we'll get it May, around the time The Avengers hits the big screen?

Don't forget the possibility of an N-E league!

Just got a Spotpass notification about Dillon's Rolling Western on my 3DS, so looks like it'll be out in a few hours or tomorrow

I'd like to know what games we can expect to see on our 3DS' from April till the Summer. A jam packed version of Mario Tennis 3D should be there along with either Animal Crossing or Luigi's Mansion 2. PAL release dates for Rhythm Thief and Final Fantasy Rhythm Theatre would be nice too, along with some new games and apps for the e-shop shown.

Major Bump! Still on it's way to WiiWare. I'd actually prefer it on 3DS now. Maybe we'll see a hard to find retail copy released for the handheld a few months after release
-
Wow, really? How? What? Why? Perhaps it's an imposter, or Ridge Racer 3D has been secretly updated to include online leaderboards EDIT : Just checked my game and you're not anywhere there. My name is WELSHGMR on it btw.

Boo!! *goes to download Wario Land* I've got a feeling we'll see all those e-shop titles being released in April/May, as there hasn't been any retail games announced for release in that period yet. At least they'd fill the drought if that happens to be the case.

Had my first Streetpasses in quite some time over the last 48 hours - 5 in total - and also unlocked two achivements as it had been some time. Which games have others shared the most data from via Streetpass then? Dead or Alive Dimensions and LEGO Pirates of the Carribean have been most popular for data when I get lucky, while Ridge Racer 3D (not counting games I've not recived any data for) has been the one I've recived the fewest for, which suprises me as it's a good game that's been out since launch and can be found very cheap nowadays.

I was wrong. It was going to be March 23rd, but they've moved it forward to March the 16th now. I'm suprised the 3DS version is so expensive, when compared to the Wii package, but I'm guessing this could be a rare game someday, plus these games are perfect for handheld gaming, so I shall be keeping my pre-order!

Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games
welsh_gamer replied to canand's topic in Nintendo Gaming
So I was out buying new shoes last weekend, and had some spending money left over, so I decided to buy this game as I was done with Revelations. Never played a 'Mario and Sonic at the...' title before, but I've enjoyed this. The Good Excellent graphics. Better than some Wii games. Story mode. It's childish but it's a nice addition. Online leaderboards. Just for 23 out of the 57 events mind. Gyro contols work well, as does the stylus, mic and button controls naturally. Plenty of badges to collect. Party Events. Provides a Mario Party style session for players, minus the board of course. The Bad Several events only last seconds or/and only require one action. Poor instructions given for some events. Having to upload each score individually to the leaderboards. Time consuming. No Mii support. No Streetpass support. It's nothing amazing sure, but Story mode and a handful of the minigames (the Rhythm and Shooting events mostly) have kept me coming back. Give it a go if you're curious or see it at around the ?15 mark someday. -
Strange there's no price given. Hopefully it won't be more than ?5.40. Will hold off Wario Land, and hopefully download The Rolling Western next week. Nice to see Zen Pinball getting some love in that advert too.

After you load up the e-shop, scroll to the left and you should come across a tab that say's Submit Review(s). Click it, and it'll list all the titles that you've played for 1 hour or more that you can review.
-
This one dropped in price quickly! £12.95 at TheHut Good reviews out there, so I've ordered a copy for myself. Probably a game I'll play through once or 100% complete, and then sell.
-
Weird. I havent started episode 4 and it's there for me. Maybe you have to complete a specific 'Mission' then.
-
You've probably figured it out by now, but if you go back to the title screen and then open your save file again, Raid mode will be accessible. I was DISAPPOINT for a second too
-
I belive my score of 92 million points on El Dorado hasn't been beaten yet. Sixth in the UK with that too! : peace:
-
Did you manage to get all medals?
-
That's quite impressive, especially as the game hasn't been out 2 months yet! My first 100+ hour award goes to :- I'm sure my playtime on Mario Kart 7, Revelations and Zen Pinball will exceed the 100 hours mark eventually aswell.
-
My Zavvi order has been dispatched They've been known to deliver pre-orders quite late in the past, but recently I got a pre-ordered game from them on release, and a game I ordered in their sale the very next day, so fingers crossed.
-
Release date - March 23rd. On the 3DS' first anniversary in Europe. Hope we get a demo on the e-shop!

Amazon and Play.com have the white SM3DL bundle for £149.99. Not aware of any highstreet deals, but Morrisons were doing the Metallic Red with any game for £150 just before Christmas, so that deal could still be on.

Hard to choose just 2 games, so any of the following should keep you busy for a while. First Party games :- Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Ocarina of Time 3D. Cheap third party games :- Ridge Racer 3D, Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy, Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D, LEGO Pirates of the Carribean, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, Street Fighter 4, Dead or Alive Dimensions. E-shop suggestions :- Zen Pinball (£4.50), Pullblox (£5.40).
