Job interview today. Not as petrified as I was this morning. I thinking some booze would help me calm down, but it most likely would have a negative effect on whether I get the job or not. But I suppose its about time I get assimilated into the 9-5 world. How dark and evil it looks.

Well looking at the way the character is standing, it seems like a team destiny style approach to things, except with 3D character models. Maybe Sword of Legendia is rising from the ashes, especially since a name change for that game was confirmed a while back

Well I'm thinking Team destiny hasn't done anything for a while, which fills me with fear......... but I'm sure team Symphonia can manage to pay the bills on their own.

Your kind of missing something here. Basically whoever becomes your soul mate will be the one who talks to you before you have your fight with Kratos. Will defend Lloyd about how much he's improved in terms of skill before fighting Kratos. Will be assimilated (if thats the best word) by Mithos' cruxis crystal in place of Lloyd and will be the one that goes on the journey with him to collect all the exspheres in the world. But its not an anime cut scene its just that where Colette is waiting for Lloyd outside his house in the final scene of the game, the chosen soul mate will be there instead. But in terms of the main story it is by default Colette.

Hmm I burnt up all my stars on wii points, I may have to 'acquire' it by other means. Edit: I had no idea it was an actual CD on there. Starting to wish I never brought those wii points now. I thought it was just that crummy mp3 download thing they started recently.

I'm personally out this time. I got bored quite quickly. I brought into the hype everyone was making about the DS version even though I knew what I was buying into, and soon enough the game sat in my DS collection collecting dust. To tell the truth I'd say this is a version of animal crossing that just happens not to be portable with a city thrown in as a trade off. Its still just the same old same old animal forest which eventually went crossing. Chop chop, dig dig, catch fish get money etc. I though by now they would implement some sort of a vehicle system. It would be great to race friends around town on a bike or something and would make trekking less of a chore.

Aww man reading that almost set me off and I'm not the crying type. Probably because it brings back some memories that don't die hard. I'd say the only difference between your story and my story is that your heart is still intact. I was just left with a big gaping hole where it should be. (Eventually healed up) but don't get too down about it TD. Your equaliser will come soon enough. She'll eventually see his dark side.

Sorry to hear about your ordeal TD. But it seems to be the norm with a lot of people for some reason lately. My relationship went south lately too. Her 'friend' became her boyfriend, she became his toy, he played around with her and threw her away when he was done. Not without of course leaving her with child first. Then turned out he wasn't such a nice guy after all (wannabe gangsta) Of course when she came running back I didn't want to know so I'd advise you to do the same should it happen in this case too.

Well I found I do get logged off from time to time. Infact for a while I couldn't even connect to the server so I had to go back to using good old 8.5

I managed to get to the boss on that particular one, however there was no obvious way to beat it. I think it was based on chicken nuggets either way, complaining about something. But in my personal opinion chewing on veg is not nearly as satisfying as munching on a slab of meat. But I did watch one of the videos they give you at the end, and the thing about some guy humping a turkey was a bit disturbing, and I wouldn't like to end up with that one on my dinner table.

Well Tos came out in the states in July we then got it November of the same year. So yeah might take a while.

Hmm not as great or 'epic' as the one from the first game however, but I haven't been expecting much from this from the start, so I'll play it but I won't fall in love with it.

Say the choice was to save someone, you can reply yes or you can reply we have more important things to do. According to how a particular character thinks your choice will boost or lower their affection. Colette, Genis, Sheena and occasionally would normally wish to help while Raine, Kratos, Zelos and would normally be more concerned with other matters or how dangerous things would be / at a cost to them. Presea and Regal vary so its basically whether its beneficial to them. Section 2: I choose you At certain events you will have to choose who goes with you and who doesn't. If there is a particular person you wish to boost the affection of bring them along with Lloyd into battles where the team will split up, this will boost their affection. An additional chance to boost affection in this way is when you go to save the pope's daughter named (insert name here its something weird I think) this will boost affection. Finally by having a particular character in the battle party this will also boost their affection and greatly increases your chance of triggering the combo skit (Combo Lloyd and XX) If triggered before the Flanoir scene (can't remember if they are all possible) Affection can be boosted when obtaining the glamorous outfits for characters (in this case Lloyd says I wonder who is waiting for me on the balcony I hope its xxx) A similar effect is triggered when obtaining the swimming costume outfits. Section 3: How are you? At various times in the game the party split up to check out the town or place they are in. You will be running around as Lloyd and the various other party members are scattered around the place. By talking ONLY to the person you wish to raise the affection of you will increase that character's affection while everyone else's will remain the same. By talking to each character they all receive an affection boost. Hope that helps have fun.

Does anyone know how to disable that what's new bar. Its getting on my nerves. Edit: never mind found it. Now that I've played around with it a bit I'm starting to like it.

Well I'd just like to congratulate Microsoft on making some money for a change. Nintendo seems to have done quite well even during the darker years. But I suppose they've always had more out there than everyone else which meant they could pick up the slack in other markets.

I think you should try it with everyone, especially if you ever want to 100% the game. I'd say the hardest one to get is the Zelos one. But gameplay wise the most annoying would be Regal because of the way the whole derris area of the game pans out. But it is cool to see different characters facing various different darknesses within themselves. Nope Colette is your girl of choice by default.
