Bunch of stuff happened the last few days. First of all.. Got a tent visitor. It's Chops. I did want to talk to him, but decided I don't want him on my island.. Unfortunately I didn't have the option of not inviting him. Am I stuck with him if I want to progress? Or will he leave if I ignore him? Really don't want him. This happend last week, but to get back to that Cast master achievement.. I've got it now, but it took me a while, as I still fuck it up once in a while. Everyone who says it's easy forgot or didn't experience what it was like in the older games, because I swear the game is easier in this regard. Fishing seems easier, but I still got the twitchy trigger finger from the previous games, when you needed more than fast reaction time to catch the rare fish. Anyway it's April, time again to not ignore all the small fish or the riverl.. Catch everything again! I was up most of last night, and I suspect I've caught most new stuff already (before the eggs started showing up haha), but haven't checked a list. Also a quick tip, especially with the new bugs and fish to catch: you can use the dropbox to quickly get an indication if something is valuable to sell in the store. Love the cherry blossoms. But it was weird witnessing the transition at 5 o'clock.. And to get the public news announcement right then. I thought the transition was at 6. Thanks to @Vileplume2000, I know I can catch the petals which I needed for recipes. I already have a bunch of cute cherry bonsai trees! I like finding the eggs. I can somewhat imagine it being annoying if you just want to fish, but luckily I already caught a bunch of new stuff, and I can wait until Easter (I refuse to call it "Bunny day") is over. I'm also not in a hurry to upgrade my house, so I don't really need the money either. Apart from building bridges and inclinations, which I should do soon. Anyway, I got a lot of easter recipes, but some type of eggs are rare, so I can't build everything. Not in the mood to visit other island just to get more of those specific eggs. Anyway, like I said, I got the camp yesterday. I also finally visited my first special island a few days ago, so I finally got my bamboo. Between the bamboo discovery, the easter recipes, and the stuff from the upgraded resident service center, I've been crafting a lot of stuff the last few days. So I build and placed a bunch of things on my island, like the outdoor bath. I also visited a relatively normal island, but full of hybrid flowers, so I took a bunch of them with me. I already had a few growing in the wild, but now I have plenty. Butterflies everywhere! Also, for science, I checked what the bell voucher does, and it gives you 3000. Could be handy late-game, but at this stage the miles are more valuable. So no need to get those. @Glen-i Don't you know someone who has the update? I think you can update your game through someone else locally? I never had to do this, so I'm not sure if I'm remembering this feature correctly. Otherwise, no wifi spot anywhere close?

I Think I've only seen prices around 50 this week, but I missed a few mornings.

64DDD (Disk Drive Dock) for Switch confirmed. I'm really excited for the Flipnote update, but I'd need to finally get a stylus. Less excited about Mario remasters, I may buy 1 or 2, but meh.

Ah sorry, can't immediately help you. I don't think I have any "retail" wardrobes in the catalogue yet, so I can't order those for you. I can craft some, but I'm not currently playing the game. I'll probably be back online later this evening.

Fucking Summertime stole an hour of my life. Prices were 91 on my island. I had my (old fashioned) alarm set to 10.. Woke up, barely, did my rounds, collecting shells, shaking some trees, hitting rocks etc. At 10:34 I noticed the game was set to 11:34 for some strange reason. I was thinking maybe I had set a clock incorrectly or.. It was that fucking time of the year again. Unfortunately online chatter confirmed the latter suspicion. So I had less than an half hour to make money, and the Resident Service center was closed. I only bought 850 Turnips.

Put me in a reserve spot. On the one hand, I'd like to visit, on the other hand, I also like to get some other stuff done like Mario maker or other stuff in Animal Crossing itself. I mainly want to sell my stuff, check a shop, and trade with / give away stuff to people. Haven't posted my updates.. Yesterday I finally upgraded my house, and today I payed it off. Not in a hurry, and that's why I'm almost a millionaire. Oh I forgot if I mentioned this in the thread, but USB keyboards work, and they area godsend. Apart from the fact they don't do deadkeys. So far, in one week, I've seen Gulliver twice, Wisp twice, Mabel twice, Sahara once, hmm I think that's it. I got Harv but he's a special case. Daisy Mae sent en e-mail that's she's coming, so tomorrow I'll be able to buy Turnips. Watch how my prices will turn out terrible all week, unlike this week. Need to do some more Nook tours, because I'd like to visit the fabled Tarantula island, but also Trash island, and Bamboo island. I just found out you can actually sell your DIY recipes to the store. I was giving them away to people who didn't have them, but some you can't get rid of. So it's good they're actually worth money! My last of the 3 new villagers moved in. I now have Dom, Reneé, Stu, Ellie, and Pinky. The Resident Center will upgrade tomorrow. I was also up all night last night, to try to catch a Stringfish, I didn't have any luck for a long time with that one, even usedup all my bait, but finally caught one. So I think I have all the ones I need from that list.

I look like I should be locked up quarantined! My gate's open right now, for those who want to check out my shop. I have a cool pro recorder and mini cactus set in the shop. Mabel is around, for those who want to copy my trendy look. I'm only leaving it open for a little while. I have some spare fossils, from the top of my head, a spino skull, dino poop and a shark tooth. Maybe something else. My Nook Stop has an Iron Fence and Imperial fence available, if people want me to get those for them.

@Glen-i Are you positive this is a stand-alone adventure not included in the main game? I've got it downloaded, but haven't touched it yet.
