With the positive buzz I decided to take a look at the Microsoft presentation myself. As a presentation, it's a bit boring (spoiled with the trailer marathon with barely any filler that is a Nintendo Direct I guess), but was a great showcase for some good looking games. That said, I still see no reason to buy an Xbox. Few minor exceptions aside, I don't see any exclusives I want, most games are multiplatform, or PC if you don't count PC as multiplatform. Buying Ninja Theory and Compulsion studios though is a great move, which may lead to exclusives in the future I may actually want. Though they really didn't need to spend that much time on their studio purchases in their presentation. Some of the indiegames would be the exceptions, but I don't particularly have a lack of indiegames on my Switch. Or Steam. Another exception would be, to my surprise, and apparently the surprise of many Gears fans, as it sure went silent after the initial logo reveal: Gears tactics. I don't give a shit about Gears, but a tactics game? That could be cool. But just like indie games, I'm not particularly lacking any options in that genre. Forza looked absolutely stunning, and ending with that Cyberpunk trailer was pretty cool, despite not showing any gameplay.

I haven't seen the EA conference, but I heard they dug up Kane's body, raped it, kicked it, and pissed all over it for good measure, before dumping him back in his grave to rot. That sounds like quite a show. Oh and they announced a bunch of other stuff.

Sadly, I haven't. Just like Ike, I am as well. I am going to be disappointed if that face (it's a baby? ) isn't the final one. And Tingle should make a 2nd appearance.

It's official, as in, it's in the E-shop. Free-to-play, but you can buy a founders package which will unlock at least all characters and some other stuff, it's not clear to me if it unlocks everything. I don't think it does. Release is 12-06-2018. Edit: free version out now. I may give it a try when it's out, for now I have no strong feelings one way or another.

With a little over 2 weeks left before my suggested date, now would be a good time to let me know if there's any interest in this, or if it's just me, Glen-i, and Ike playing. Also, it doesn't look like I'll be able to play BlazBlue before the 23rd. I pre-ordered it from Amazon.fr, but they don't seem to ship before the releasedate. Their delivery estimates are beyond the 23rd. It's very strange the game isn't sold in The Netherlands at all.

Dear God I hope not. As a (European ) Nintendo fan, I have been waiting quite a while for a new Tales game. The last thing I want from them is some tired remake. Nice to see Thekla ♥ for a change, as opposed to Colin. Mix it up with some Gifs from Seven Psychopaths.

For those who haven't enjoyed the original Wii version: it's a great game people (and no, it has nothing to do with Splatoon). I'm not sure if I'm going to double dip myself. I'd like to for support, but I have Street Fighter, Yoku, BlaZBlue, and Wolfenstein to buy (and a new SD card ). For those who have enjoyed the original Wii version: have a trip down memory lane while reading the original thread. The releasedate is 26-06-2018.
