Ubisoft release new patch today for Unity fixing over 300 issues Also in the news, Ubisoft's Yannis Mallat apologises for the issues that Unity has had in recent weeks. As a way of apologising, they are giving everyone the first DLC "Dead Kings" free. For those whom bought the season pass, they get an added bonus of a free game. Mine was dispatched earlier. Could be here early, but i won't be able to play it until the weekend anyway.

I see why microtransactions are in games like Unity and Black Flag, it's for those whom don't want the adventure of exploring to unlock everything. But that's 1/2 the game right there, and then they complain because the game is too short. The main issue i'm having with Unity mainly is the Companion ap and Initiates. Why oh why are Ubi making a game where a few chests need you to play these 2 games to unlock them. Black Flags companion ap was decent enough, take your ships to sea and do battle. Collect royalties back on the Jackdaw in-game, and i liked that.

Just about finished the Tour, tried my hands at the final tournament yesterday. Got 1 point short of winning it, which is a shame.

So Survivor Series has just happened, and this happened.

Had a few hours on it over the weekend. Boy it's a lot of fun, certainly enjoying sending in a wild animal to take out various soldiers when they least expect it. Had to re-adjust the driving controls to something more suitable, couldn't quite control vehicles via the sticks only. Havn't yet liberated any other radio towers, still going around hunting to get some upgrades on my equipment. But i do love my new gun i acquired via uplay Hunting with an Auto-9 (aka Robocops gun) is sweet.

Only had a few sessions. It was ok, not many playing when i went on.

I've no idea whom to vote for, both Animal and Esequiel seem iffy right now. It could be a case of a coin toss to decide, but depends if either throw something to convince me not to vote for them.

I hate seeing people homeless, it does annoy me that no-one (not even the shelters) will offer help to those whom truly need it. The government is partly to blame for it, and so are many other factors including the military/armed forces etc. They don't exactly help to rehabilitate people to the civilian lifestyle and some former soldiers/armed forces personnel do end up on the streets. Which is not right at all, as i have spoken to a few of them who do struggle to re-adapt into society once their service is up. It's also those who are there due to no fault of their own. It's this side of the coin i feel sorry for, the ones who truly need the help. Then there is the other side of the coin, the ones who are homeless because they chose to be in that situation. I see it all the time in Cardiff, the ones whom chose the drink/drug path and have lost everything due to that. Most of them do hang around the bus station as their is a cheap shop for the alcohol, and not even the Police bother with them. I have seen people trying to offer help, but they clearly don't want it. Someone bought them a coffee and a sandwich only to see it being thrown back at them. This side i don't really care about.

Sounds fun, it certainly was playing the demo back in September. Was part of the reason behind why i picked this up. Also picked up the Season pass out of the remaining GAME loyalty points i had, so should be able to keep this going for quite some time. I plan to get going this weekend, once i've polished off the Last of Us DLC tonight.

That's sounds similar to what happened to me on Night 1.

Finished the main story earlier on

My target was Jonnas last night, i found out they are town.

I was succesful in reaching my target last night.

I think they should bring in a retro track or two in the next pack that has hardly, if at all been featured in other Mario Kart games. I would hate to see yet another Rainbow Road making an appearance, 3 is enough. Personally, i would love to see either Choco Mountain, Peach Gardens and possibly Koopa Beach. I'd be happy if any N64 and Double Dash course made a return here.

GAME buggerd up my order quite badly. In fact, they didn't even bother sending it out until yesterday morning due to a "technical issue". I can't really complain too much, considering they paid for it. I had a 2nd copy arrive on Monday from Shopto inadvertantly which i sold on. On the plus side, GAME did give me £5 PSN credit as compensation for missing release day. Still, should be here today (hopefully). And once i've polished off The Last of Us this week, i'll begin this.

Ubi again enforcing the embargos with reviews and/or not sending any copies out for reviewing. What do they want this game to do on the WiiU, fail. Probably will at that price considering it's out on the PS3/4 and Xbox 360/One and has been for months. You could probably get the game 2nd hand and the season pass with extra content for the same price as the WiiU version.

Online is stable, they are adding features to the game which is good. As Flinky said, bring on the weather update. The new tracks and features are impressive from what i've seen so far.
