May as well add to my list New Super Mario Bros U Monster Hunter III Ultimate Luigi's Mansion 2 Donkey Kong Country Returns Animal Crossing: New Leaf Tomb Raider I need to get said foot out of ones backside.

I've begun harvesting my fruit trees after my recent plantage/culling and re-organising i did a few days ago. I'm just over 3/4 and made close to, if not over 120k. I also sold my turnips for 151 bells today, having paid 50 bells per turnip on Sunday. Paid all of my museum expansion off and 1/2 my mortage to Nook.

That is correct Mr Dedede, the more i post the more i get back in return. A role which is fitting to myself in past mafia game activities. @Sheikah, that would have been a little harsh. But maybe fair.

Oh....... Once you are mayor, you can erect a well in your town. It's a provision/request from townsfolk. It's on my list of things to buy, after Nook's nicked my bells.

Indeed, just putting my info out before someone pops up and asks what i did last night.

Hopefully so, hang on the next gen consoles are out this year as well. Lovely, more consoles to choose a GoTY from.

Investigated Sir Rummington last night, all i found out was his name. He is known simply as Isaac Gavin. That is all i received last night.

Oh i hate this thread, it's so difficult to choose just the one from each. Home Console X360 - My Game of the Mid-Year goes to Bioshock Infinite. It doesn't feel like the Bioshock games of old, but does bring in elements that made the games good. But that is just my opinion on that. The story is different, combat is good and i loved the characters and the diaglouge. WiiU - Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. First WiiU game i played, which to be honest can be classed as a 3DS game as i take it on the move with me to get more hunting experience on my journey across Wales. Missions are varied, and i'm having a lot more fun since adding some upgrades to the equipment. Handheld Only the one choice here, it's Animal Crossing: New Leaf. What is there not to love about this game, it is easily a Game of the Year candidate that is for certain.

More renovation in Windhelm, the shop is under renovation and will be open again tomorrow. Going from TnT to something bigger. Damn, i wanted some fortune cookies. Oh well. And my forest of fruit trees is nearly grown, they'll be ready tomorrow for everyone to come in and help themselves.

They probably are, the smarter ones are on long term sick. Full pay, all the time off they need for upto 6 months. Plus i'm getting a wage which is paying for things, plus i'm saving up enough so i can hand in my notice and live comfortable for a few months.

I keep contemplating leaving as i mentioned, but i won't. I see it as they are breaking me, but i'm not showing it to them. If i show any sign of weakness, they will pounce and i'll be got rid of quicker than a tax demand arrives on your door. And it's not just me who's getting fed up, 1/2 the staff are getting fed up. 3 quit last week. Exactly right. I'm keeping in line with their rules and regs so i can't be held accountable for anything, but keep voicing opinions about how what they are doing is breach of contract. Which to be perfectly fair, is a breach of contract and has the unions involved. Maybe so, but worth trying to break the traditions.

I must be the only one who hasn't downloaded the new games as of yet. I need to, going to Swansea next weekend for a streetpass event so they'll be a necessity.

Indeed, his cash-in would be great. He does his entrance as normal, giving his "savior of the masses" speech. Pins the champ, picks up the mike and simply says "You're welcome" and leaves. Ambrose winning, a bit early in his WWE career. Maybe next year if the Shield disband, but not this year due to his US title feuds.

Xpert 11 Season 27: We few, we happy few, we band of brothers
Jimbob replied to Haden's topic in General Chit Chat
What is going on, i'm losing to newer teams. I did try a different tactic, which i'm probably not doing again. -
They honestly do this, it's crap. You do need to put it in writing that even though you've booked the Friday and Monday off, you are not available for Saturday/Sunday. But in a way, they only ask in busy periods. Thats between June and August mainly.
-
I saw the renewal period was coming up, they don't tend to kick in the renewal part of peoples contracts until May, so i booked the time off in April. Basically, the renewal part is voluntary overtime/shift changes with finishes at 8pm/9pm and if not enough are chosen, random selection takes place. Only way to get out of that is to have holiday booked already before they tell you. The contract itself says 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. Shifts can change with 2 weeks notice. At the moment, i'm on 10am until 7pm 3 days a week, then 11:30am until 8:30pm another 2. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday it's 8am until 4:30pm. This changes as and when the business requires it to do so. So in a way, it is a pretty shitty thing to do as you said. But with the amount of crap thats going on at the moment, and has done since day 1. What i'm doing is minor compared to that.

Yeah, same here. Started repaying my 198,000 loan to Nook as well as the same for the 2nd floor museum. Because time restraints are on as such, what i make when i play is split between both loans so i should in theory repay both at the same time. I also snagged my 7th streetpass on here today, 7 new houses added to my wonderful map. And i've been busy with a few axes, spades and fruit selling. I've literally chopped all my fruit trees down and replanted many of them in organised lines. Mixing them up so there is at least 3 different combos of fruits available, should be done in 3 days time. And i'm buying tree sprouts in the bucket load, trying to make my town look very nice indeed. Gates will be open tomorrow from 9pm.

I won't quit, because if i quit they win and won't change. Talking to the union today, they said just that to me. One of my mates in work is on long-term sick which is protecting him from being sacked, they can medically discharge him from duty but will cost rest of years salary (we've got one of them old contracts that says if we go ill and are released, they pay the rest). Newer staff hired from 2012 don't have this part anymore. He's using the time for a well earned rest. And one other thing not making me quit is the JSA, £72 p/w. If i quit, i won't get JSA for a month or two according to the rules. I booked time off at the end of July, they are trying hard to cancel it as they need all hands on deck for the calls. Heck, they even tried the old "You booked Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off but not Saturday, Sunday so you can work them" trick. It's too bad i pre-prepared for it . Basically, it's the end of the year for Credits with arrogant people calling for renewing claims, saying it's our fault for not answering calls. Who knows, may not go back in August.

YOUR most anticipated 3ds and Wii U games for 2013
Jimbob replied to Aneres11's topic in Nintendo Gaming
It's tough to pick one, but from how it's looking at the moment., it's the following Wii-U Pikmin 3 Wind Waker HD Super Mario 3D World 3DS Pokemon X/Y New Zelda (whatever it's called) It's gonna be a poor year for 2013, fair enough most things are paid for already. But with the PS4 coming this year, gonna be expensive. -
Yeah, they don't like me at the moment. They want to break you into a lifeless zombie. But all the rules simply contradict each other, there is little point giving into them. I asked to be moved because where i sit at the moment is between 2 team leaders, and one of them has a serious case of "if it's in the guidance, it's fine. If not, don't ask me". This person used to consistently tell me to get off my phone, press ready straight away and to stop talking to people other than the customers. Fair enough, if they imposed this to everyone else i wouldn't have minded too much. I have made notes of everything which is affecting me personally, i'm close to handing my notice in. But i won't be because the one thing holding me back is the knowledge of knowing as long as i am here, they will not win. If i hand my notice in, they win basically. And they are close to timing toilet breaks and how many times you can move from your desk. I was told i have 5 minutes for a loo break, and if it's a number 2 it takes longer than 3 minutes. (1 minute to loo, 1 minute back leaving 3 to actually do the biz). I have contacted ACAS, who said to speak to my union who are currently looking into what to do. I have asked countless times for a shift change, because this shift i am on is killing my social life. Working every other weekend, 13 hour days 5 days a week. Including 2 hours travel. Anyone who has seen me in recent weeks will have seen how tired i look and how stressed i am. I'm snapping at little things which would not normally bother me.

Sounds a bad day indeed @Iun, you are not a bad person. My day started off pretty bad, again with the trains and work. Trainwise, Arriva Trains Wales have to be the worst company for organising trains known to this country. My train to work from Cardiff was 35 minutes late. The reason, it took them 15 minutes to couple two trains together and to get both sets of doors working on a train which should have left 10 minutes earlier. Then they cancelled 3 other trains, gave no information to anyone about what train is going where. The boards said one destination, the train was always going to another. So i just stood there and asked the driver on every train until mine arrived. Then i called work to say i was to be late in, by this time my train had stopped between 2 stations due to someone on another train needed medical treatment. That part is fair enough, i'm not complaining upon that part. What i am not happy with is work. When i called to say i was running late and explained i was in the middle of two stations and waiting for medical staff to help on the other train. They said is there any other way i can get into work. I guess they missed the part of "i'm in the middle of two stations". I was told i would be put on a written warning for lateness. Of which i've appealed it with evidence from the train conductor who backed me up with my reasons as to why i was late. I'm not too happy at present, and it's putting me into a worse mood at the moment.
