Yeah, this game looks absolutely incredible, so it'll be a real shame if it has to be played exclusively on the GamePad screen. Is it known if the TV will also display the game, or will it be a HUD/map like the DS one? I'm thinking/hoping it'd be possible to play this using the stylus but while looking at the TV (with some practice ) to properly appreciate the visuals.

PEGI are that strict on profanity? Even films rated 12 can include the word "fuck". Indeed. Nah, I played Bayonetta again recently so I'm jumping straight into Bayonetta 2. Will definitely check out the Wii U port of Bayonetta afterwards though. :awesome:

It's interesting because from what I've seen of Bayonetta 2 (which is quite a lot now) they haven't toned it down at all. Also, the original Bayonetta was rated 15 by the BBFC (my PS3 copy is anyway) not sure why PEGI see it as an 18. The only thing I can think of is some of the torture attacks, especially the one against...

I don't reckon anything to do with amiibo will be a one time scan, they'll want everyone to buy their own, rather than just share them around to unlock the content.

Yeah, I know they're going to show waaaay too much (like they did with SM3DW and MK8) but I know I'm gonna have to watch it anyway. Perhaps I'll try to just check out the beginning (see if Kamiya is hosting, and get his first mention of the release date ) and then stop watching.

So America has a finalised release date and a Nintendo Direct for Bayonetta 2, meanwhile Europe has... neither of those things. What in the actual hell? Anyway, not sure if I want to watch it as it's probably going to be like the last few directs, i.e. a spoiler fest. I'll no doubt end up watching it regardless, due to my severe lack of willpower.

I agree that the DLC character selection could have been better (still very happy with what we're getting though, and the value of it ) Personally I would've preferred something like: Pack 1 = Birdo, Kirby, Link. Pack 2 = Villager, Isabelle, Captain Falcon. (might as well, seeing as Blue Falcon is in ) Tanooki Mario, Cat Peach and Dry Bowser should really just be options of their main character slot (like the different coloured Yoshi/Shy Guy). Actually, they should move Metal Mario and Pink Gold Peach to Mario and Peach's character slots too. *EDIT* Good games last night, @Hero\-of\-Time. I mean the 2nd circle pad (or "c-stick") is much less important than the main one/buttons, so I think it would've been alright for it to be in a slightly more awkward position.

Nah, I don't see how it'd be any different to using the D-Pad on the current 3DSXL, which I find OK.

They could have put a full sized circle pad above the buttons though, level with the left one.And moved the Y X B A buttons down slightly, level with the D-Pad.

Ye didnae get what I mean.I just don't think the 3DS library (now and probably in the future too) justifies a 3rd version of the system. Really can't see myself ending up with 60+ 3DS games. I think GB and DS were in much better positions software-wise to accommodate them though.

Ugh. That is so not cool. Wouldn't be so bad if it was just the additional hardware stuff and improvements to the Browser/Miiverse/eShop speeds, but New 3DS exclusive games? I was ok with getting 3 different DS systems (fat, lite and DSi) but the NDS library was significantly stronger than that of the 3DS (63 DS games in my collection, vs 26 for 3DS) I'm really not up for buying a 3rd 3DS. Actually hoping this stays exclusive to Japan. And lol @ using that "2nd stick" for smash attacks.

I dunno, I reckon they could just chuck that into a Japan only ND and the Japanese would love it, considering the kind of game shows they're into over there.
