Looks like DC's Deadpool. Might be worth a watch but will probably wait for it to come to Netflix.

2 years today!

Funny. I watched the trailer and didn't really think much of it. It seems a bit long for the premise and didn't really capture my interest.

Hoorah! Finally got a Riolu today in a 10 km egg. Awesome! It came with 23 Candy and I gave it all the Rare Candy, I had, so it is now sitting on 46 Candy. As my Yanma just reached 100 Candy at the same time, I swapped it with Riolu - so just 20 km from a Lucario! Then it needs to be fed with soime more Rare Candy so it can become a beast.

Ryan Reynolds is without a doubt one of the best and most funny actors out there at the moment. He just gets it.

Third entry name? Pokémon Knight?

I hate this too, but it's the only true triangle there is in the type matching. Fighting, Psychic and Dark would be another if Psychic is able to actually hit Dark - such a shame, would be amazing if this was possible. I agree, though, it would be nice with a true change to the formula but we haven't seen much other than the basics which is perhaps only to reassure the fans that Let's Go didn't mean all that.

Was definitely pleasantly surprised, it looks good, and rewatching the trailer only made it better. Those final shots, walking onto the field, looks awesome. I like the starters, good designs.

UK stream, if only just for the dates to be displayed correctly:
-
It has to be even worse before things will get better. All those different streaming services now compete for the market but some of them will have to surrender, in order for the market to stabilize around 3 or 4 major services that can share it. I look forward to that as it will start to get chaotic and result in people switching around every month or two.

I find seven minutes long for one game so I actually expect another announcement. A Detective Pikachu for Switch is a good guess.

Great trailer, and nice to see more Pokémon! I like the look of them.

Exciting times! 3 o'clock CET.

Clamperl is gen 3, as is Latias. Shieldon, Cranidos, Purugly or whatever and Combee were added and then four days later, an event made them more of less extinct. Then they returned and Valentine event started, vanquishing them once more for two weeks. I'm just sick of all the Kanto Pokemon, and I don't care for shinies. I'm not saying I don't like the events, just that especially Kanto events are too common.
-
Oh, for fuck's sake, stop with the Kanto Pokémon already, Niantic! From February 26th Seriously, we haven't had an honest chance to catch the new Gen 4 Pokémon yet!

My elbow(s) has (have) started to hurt. Last year I experienced a slight tension in the elbows' inner joint but over the past month or so it has got a lot worse and now it hurts when I tighten my hand even the slightest or twist it inwards with a strecthed arm. It's also started clicking. It's a bit weird because I haven't done much training over the past weeks - rowing once a week shouldn't do this and while I have done some pendlay rows, it isn't much. I'm suspecting that biking along with lifting my son (13 kg) might have something to do with it but can't quite see that being the case either. The pain is on the inner side of the elbow, so called golfer's elbow. I've been looking at some exercises online but may want to talk to a physician about it.

Finshed watching Umbrella Academy yesterday, and I enjoyed some of it but other parts of it were not that good. From the very beginning, it is clear that time travels play a major role in the show, and that just raises the complications and complexity of the show but it also creates tons of plot holes and deus ex machinas. People who are apprehensive of this show because of the super human theme can relax - this is a show about a dysfunctional family that happen to have powers but that is not really that important.

Oh yeah, I remembered that as well the other day. My birthday is coming up soon so I'm not buying it yet but will ASAP. I also find it crazy that the collections come out so slowly, they finished Year 5 last year, just release it!

Just finished Transistor. What a game, can really recommend it. While I didn't really get into the story, mainly because spreading my play out over three weeks, I did enjoy it when I was playing but I can't say I fully understand it - I'll just read up on it. What makes the game really good, though, is the combat system. It's really hard to get into and in the beginning you don't have any really good functions, but once you get more memory space and start to understand the different functions you collect, it gets super satisfying. It's real-time battles but with the possibility to freeze time and make a plan (this is called turn() in the game). I've never seen anything like it but it's quite good. You can also tweak the difficulty in-game for more XP rewards - I played it without using any and didn't find the game easy but not frustratingly challenging. I may try again with a few limiters set to on. The game reminds me of Bastion, which is not surprising but the combat is better in the end. Bastion had a better story, though, and the setting was nicer - I didn't quite enjoy the sci fi broken city setting in Transistor. Next up on my list is Guacamelee! 2. Looking forward to playing that now for a complete change of pace.

I agree but then again, in a time where everything is streaming, there is room for a physical console as well. Also, it makes them possible to go places with no Internet of they have a physical media as well.

I'm surprised by the hate here. Didn't really expect that. I think he has a great personality and doesn't match with the usual president for a large company. He is there for the business, obviously, but he was also very good at directing his speeches to the fans, it was clear that he is a fan as well and that this has been his rightful place. It's exciting to see what changes Doug Bowser will make, if any. And as Reggie said, with that name it was meant to be that he got the keys to the Nintendo castle.

Broke my old record for rowing 3000 m today. I've been doing this regularly over the past months but my personal best was from January 2nd 2016 (don't ask why) and it was 11:13 - since then I've been howering around 11:25 but last week I hit 11:20 again and today, I beat the old record and hit 11:10. I was ruined afterwards but managed to do some light bench press afterwards just to get some pushing movements as well. Can't see myself beating the new record anytime soon as I would have to hit 1:51 / 500 m or below consistently now. Also weighed myself - I'm still 69 kg (181 cm) so that's fine. I had my suspicion that I had gained a little weight but seems not.

Black Future 88 coming to Switch later this year:
-
That may happen, yeah. Depending on the amount of games I want to play when this is out.

I'm torn. I have the game on Wii U but don't want to dig that out to play KoC. On the other hand, I don't want to spend money on buying a game again that I can play on Wii U for free.
