I dunno, the dungarees look too denim in that. It might be the lighting though. -

You know you just described Bowser's Fury, right? -

The look of the movie was never what concerned me. It's how Mario sounds that worries me. On the plus side, I'm still eager to hear Jack Black tackle Bowser. That's good casting. -
Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes (24th June)
Glen-i replied to darksnowman's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Yep, it all gets kept from now on. Granted, three of them can mostly only be used when you're replaying missions through the record keeper. -

Check the renown shop if you haven't already. A few things get added on your second playthrough. -
Looking for some Pokémon fans to talk about the good ol' days
Glen-i replied to Darren's topic in General Gaming Discussion
Pokémon natter, eh? Always up for that. You refer to the "good ol' days" in the title, but that's subjective. (EDIT: Damnit, @bob! I hate that you predicted me perfectly!) Most people's favourite Pokémon game tends to be the first one they played when they were a kid. Not me though, I'm weird. Despite being a fan of the series since the Game Boy, I think the DS era of Pokémon is the pinnacle of the mainline series. Specifically, from Platinum to Black2/White2. The four different games here are just constant high quality, with the fifth generation being my favourite mainline games ever. The series hasn't quite gotten to those heights since. Sword/Shield was getting there, but with Scarlet/Violet going open world, I have little confidence it will reach it anytime in the near future.- 28 replies

I bet it'll be completely mediocre. It is Illumination, after all.

I don't like Survival Horror as a whole, the only reason I can play Resi 4 is because the Wii motion controls made it so fun. It probably comes as no surprise that the laboratory section on the Island is the one bit I hate. I legit thought to myself "Bloody hell! He's really good at this" only to carry on reading and see... Well, at least you were honest.

OK, I'm calling it a night. The connection is not playing ball.

Here we go. Clicking the link should tell you where to get your code. The UK one is available from GAME and Smyth's. Shiny Eternatus is a Pokémon that you cannot get in any other way, so get on that.

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call (3DS)
Glen-i replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Well, when you outsource a game to a relatively small developer with a shoestring budget that has to homogenise 13 different games with varying art styles on a handheld console, something has to give. That said, they do actually change facial expressions during gameplay now and again, so it's not totally bad. They're kinda cute, in my opinion. -
Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call (3DS)
Glen-i replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Oh right, yeah. That makes sense. Vivi stands out in this game because he's the only character whose animations are clearly different then everyone else's. Someone at indieszero was clearly a fan. -
Time matches tonight at 8pm.

Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy Curtain Call (3DS)
Glen-i replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
You likely didn't actually defeat the boss. You didn't do enough damage before the song ended. If you make it explode, you're golden. -
That's odd. I wonder what convinced them to change their mind?

You can tell it's British Isles focused by going to the Hero Roster menu and trying to find anyone who wasn't on Casualty. You're not gonna have much luck.

OK, last night, there was a very strange Red Shell thrown at me. @BowserBasher might remember me mentioning it on voice chat. I initially thought it was BowserBasher throwing it at me and getting extremely unlucky, but looking at the clip, I realise what happened now. It was @lostmario. He used a Boo to nick my red shell and tried to bean me with it, but he was too close to me. I know it's him because Metal Mario's icon is missing from the map.

You're right where I am now. Boy, that sequence was amazing! Quality cutscene action all throughout!
-
That's a very rubbish item pack. Even 15 Quick Balls would be preferable.
-
Probably a bad time to mention I'm only on Chapter 5 and I'm at level 71, huh?

Player's Choice tonight at 8pm.

I wouldn't put my money on that either. It'd be weird for it to lose the ability to stretch on evolution.
-
Eh, I'm hoping that because it's not a regional form, they go in a different design direction then three of them slapped together.

Another new Pokémon reveal. I'd post the clips, but I'm on my crummy Wi-Fi, so I can only load a screenshot without risking losing a month waiting. Despite the misleading subtitles, this isn't a Paldean Diglett, but it's classified as a new Pokémon entirely, with some sort of connection to Diglett. It's called Wiglett. No, really, it is.
