Guess whose nicking @Dcubed's copy of Ruby? Don't worry, he's cool with it. He won't be able to play it today and my copy got shipped, so it should arrive at his house tomorrow! (Told me to leave the figurine alone though, so he's not completely forgiven yet...)

Well, the Dominion Rod is hilarious fun! Quite similar to Lana's Summoning Gate, except what you summon mirrors your attacks. It's a great Multi tasking weapon, really decimates keeps. Also The A Special is hilarious, just trust me on that. Twili Midna's voice is... Strange. But my god, if you like Twilight Princess, you will grin massively while playing as her. References everywhere. Personal favourite attack is using R, then pressing A. A case of me shouting. "REALLY!?" Man, this game is fantastic!

Was gonna add myself to this. But you took initiative! Go you! I don't actually have the game yet. Because my local shop understands the concept of a street date. If all goes well, I'll be picking it up tomorrow.

Not my local independent game store. That's for sure. Yeah, I tried. They knew that I knew they had it in the back, but they weren't going to break the street date, not even for a lifelong customer. (Can't be mad at them though, they're selling download cards for Earthbound and Dillon's Rolling Western. That's too awesome. Plus, they did sell me the Bayonetta double pack recently for 30 quid) I can wait though. I've got Lufia GBC to play through still and Golden Sun Dark Dawn.

He had no plans to order Omega Ruby from the Nintendo Store. I pointed out that the steelbook comes with a Groudon figurine. So while I was getting my money ready to order it, he changed his mind and ordered one himself. After that, sold out. Not even kidding. Left me stuck with having to order it from GAME. (Has the steelbook, but no figurine) Worth pointing out that I am massive Groudon fan. Still my favourite Pokémon. I haven't quite paid him back for that. One day though... Well, I don't always have internet access, you'll have to excuse me for missing that. Because I had no idea.

I'm not THAT cruel. Then again, he did steal my Groudon figurine... Perhaps that balances out the karma nicely.

I think this is worth sharing here. Because I honestly had no idea this was a feature for the New 3DS. http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=939712 It has nothing to do with homebrew, it's a completely official option. You don't know how much of a relief this is to me. I use Pokémon Art Academy's export to SD function all the time (It gives a higher quality image) and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to upload those pictures online without unscrewing the SD card panel. Yeah, I need to start saving up for a New 3DS now...

Well, I'll have to do a bit of catching up when I get it then. Hopefully GAME doesn't screw up and I get it by Friday. (I'm not very hopeful, good thing Smash comes out as well, so I'll have something to do if they screw up.) Thank goodness for the option that makes all Pokémon Level 50 when battling online, eh? "Running with Scizors" was the one that got me to crack.

Surskit? I'm doing something a bit different for my play through. I've got 6 eggs ready to go on Y, and I'm going to trade them over to Ruby, where I'll hatch them, so I don't get any EXP boosts. Thing is, they're all Pokemon that didn't exist when the original Ruby came out. 2 from Gen 4, 2 from Gen 5, 2 from Gen 6. So my starter is going to be Chimchar. They're also Pokemon that I don't really use. (Skorupi, Pancham, Helioptile and I've kinda forgotten what the other 2 were) It makes remakes feel more fresh, not using Pokemon that I'd normally choose. I did the same for HG/SS, great fun.

That... Stage... ROCKS! By far, the most interesting stage on Smash WiiU. Seriously, the stages have been so "meh" compared to the 3DS Smash. Glad to see something crazy for once. I hope it still has the ominous choir play for when the mum starts walking around the room.

I think he might have been being sarcastic... I mean, he does run a pretty massive Pokémon website. Although it's hard to tell with Serebii.

Has it actually been confirmed that you can use the link Amiibo on multiple consoles though? Either way, I'm gonna test it out with the Link Amiibo DCubed is getting before actually buying one.

Kinda wish the same thing applied to Hyrule Warriors. Stupid hilarious Spinner making me buy a Link Amiibo I don't even want.

Yeah, I feel like everyone who thinks the Amiibo use in Smash is pointless needs to give it a read. The sooner that Greninja Amiibo is released, the better.

Because then I wouldn't be my Mii anymore. I would never wear a Captain Falcon costume in real life, so neither would my Mii. Call me sentimental, but I've grown quite attached to my Mii. Proving it's more athletic than I ever was in Wii Sports... developing a hilariously dumb voice in Mario Kart Wii and beyond, instantly replacing the Villager face in Animal Crossing and now punching famous Ninty icons in the face in Smash. I feel like the costumes take away from the Mii. It's meant to be the player, not some cheap knock-off of a Nintendo character. The only Amiibo's I'm getting so far are Link (Damn Spinner weapon, they knew full well I wanted it, it was so blatantly meant to be part of the TP Pack. Sour about that one...) and Greninja (For Smash use, I only want one Amiibo for it and the idea of my Mii teaming up with a Greninja I trained is too delicious to ignore. Closest we'll ever get to Pokémon Trainer.) EDIT: Oh my daze! I would be all over an option to have the Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon games be your Mii. Never gonna happen though. They'd look out of place (A positive, in my opinion) Also, @RedShell, I know this super nit-picky and it is a fantastic banner, but I can't help but feel you missed a trick by not having Shulk be more prominent in it due to his glorious British accent and the fact this is N-Europe.

I'm hoping that you mean bad in a good way, like BoF 2. (Smells like rain? What does that even mean?) But I'm guessing it's more unhelpful then funny... That aside, is it still enjoyable? I liked the sequel a lot and as far as I can tell, the GBA version has exactly the same text as the SNES version. So I've had more than my fair share of abbreviated words.
