  1. Yeah, but it's safe to say the general consensus disagrees. I'm only just realising that I might be in the same kind of minority when it comes to the Banjo games.
  2. Yeah, I'm in the same boat. Sure, I want the Greninja one, but that's about it. I honestly can't see how people would want every Amiibo.
  3. I still prefer Tooie. I never really knew that it was considered worse than the original. I guess my tastes are just odd. (Other M is still fun, even if it's silly)
  4. Huh... I prefer Tooie to Kazooie. I love the scale of the game and the darker tone (To an extent, it's still a Banjo game, so it's still funny). Also, Tooie had actual bosses. Kazooie had Gruntilda, which is a great fight and... um... that giant box? Honestly, short-sighted welding torch? Genius!
  5. That's nice of you to warn me. But I like Greninja too much to miss out on the Amiibo. We'll see if I can resist the urge to spend all my money after that.
  6. Well, I'm not gonna spend a penny on this. But I will probably end up playing it every day. The artist in me can't not have customisation.
  7. I thought DCubed's track record was pretty decent for predictions? The only thing I think he got wrong recently was the Smash WiiU release date. (I'm probably wrong, though)
  8. For what it's worth, I was that kid that had a Charizard, and I let all my classmates and friends know! I was obnoxious at times. I remember making a joke about someone making the same mistake a while back. I'm guessing auto-correct threw you off, huh?
  9. OK, "Patronising children"? Really? That's taking it a bit far. What kind of tone were you wanting from it? Quick question, did you ever finish the game? Just wondering because...
  10. Speaking of the map, I'd like to say how much better the map items are. If you know what you're doing, you never need to use the compass. Makes the map stuff flow more smoothly. Also, if you're really struggling with something, you might want to consider using one of the new potions. It's very easy to overlook them. But they have some awesome effects. Permanent upgraded items, Guard breaking attacks and Special Bar constant refill. I imagine some of those would be very helpful. (Especially the Guard Breaker) Shame they're pretty pricey. (30,000 - 50,000)
  11. I agree. Bayonetta 2 and Hyrule Warriors have been my most enjoyed Single player games this year. Hey, you can knock Child of Light, but I will not condone the knocking of the dialogue. It works for the kind of story it goes for. (Children's fairy tale) I don't know, it's one of the most lovely looking games I've played in a while. I would say Child Of Light is an awesome game to play when you just want to relax and chill out. Plus it's battle system is very similar to Grandia. Which most see as a plus point.
  12. That would be the Twilight Realm messing with you. On the map, some squares have that Twilight rectangle effect, this stops you seeing the map clearly, along with other disadvantages. If you get a Tear of Light item, you can use it to get rid of Twilight and play the mission normally. (Highly recommended, the map is essential)
  13. I just pretend that the reward for having someone help you doesn't exist. Helps that I don't play Hyrule Warriors while online. I'll be amazed if I ever get that notification. Anyway, took on RedShell's Lv 120 with a Lv 70 Impa and aced it. (He was actually blocking me from proceeding to a new square) It took forever though, half an hour is nowhere near my average time. Went up 2 levels for doing it though, so it's all good. I swear, some of these Twilight Princess Quests are all over the place when it comes to difficulty. Some are cake, while others boast enemies that can take more than 10 hearts in a single hit, ruining an "A" rank. They really should have accounted for that. Oh, and I keep failing messenger quests. They die so easily.
  14. That double Rosalina moment was fantastic! We both agreed to charge up and shoot our Lumas to try and get them to collide and have a Luma fight. We really didn't expect what happened next. You just can't predict Smash sometimes. (Couldn't ask for a GIF of that? One of the funniest moments tonight)
  15. Yeah, that's pretty obtuse, I'm amazed you figured it out. Speaking of obtuse, I've noticed something about getting Azelf, Mespirit and Uxie. For some reason, I couldn't access the Island where you encounter them. Turns out the little sparkle only appeared when I had a full party of 6 Pokemon. I don't remember reading this on your site, so I thought I'd point it out. EDIT: Never mind, Serebii updated his site. You need 3 Pokemon with max happiness.
  16. That reminds me... USE SOMEONE OTHER THAN LINK, DAMNIT! Your stages are always so tough, I refuse to believe that your other characters are around the same level. My Link has been at 89 for about a month now.
  17. OK @Serebii, I need to ask you something. How on Earth did you figure out how to get Regigigas? Are you ever told what needs to be done in game? Because that might just be one of the most obtuse ways of getting a Pokemon I've ever heard of.
  18. That video makes us all look so amatuerish! I love it! Superb work, @Sprout! And I love how I get the last embarrassing spotlight.
  19. Oh you! If you knew me in real life, you would not think that.
  20. Not enough, needs Baby Pink Gold Peach. You'd think they were running out of Mario characters to use, but I'm sure any decent Mario fan could name a whole bunch of characters that haven't appeared in Mario Kart yet. Wart comes to mind for me. Absolutely criminal that he doesn't appear in 3D World when SMB 2 inspired a lot of the features.
  21. New trailer, guys.
  22. Well, if it's a mission that recommends Light Element, than you should use the horse. Spinner is indeed awesome though, but I've not used Link that much. He's Lv 89 and other characters need to catch up.
  23. Seeing as how everyone seems to be doing 3D Zelda lists... 1. Skyward Sword 2. Majora's Mask 3. Wind Waker 4. Ocarina of Time 5. Twilight Princess
  24. Same here. I mean, I've only played DQ IX, but I am totally OK with more Theatrhythm. (I do wish they'd hurry up and release that Bravely Default DLC for Curtain Call though...)
  25. It does affect the ability, I'm afraid. You're gonna have to do it the hard way. I personally used the DexNav. Way easier. Just tap the Ralts icon when you're on that route you can find them and search for it. Now I have 20 Ralts! 1 for every nature that affects stats.
