From now until January 3rd, Magikarp are everywhere in raid battles. The reason this is worth mentioning is that there's a much higher chance of it being a shiny than usual. (Around 8%, I believe) So might be worth going for that.
-
@drahkon clearly hasn't actually 100% a Kirby game these days.
-
Yeahhhh... That's one of the two things that I don't like about Odyssey. Too many moons and only 20 of them provide any remote challenge.
-
I'll have to hand the stream details to @Dcubed. He'll know more about it than me. The web address you'll need is http://jackbox.tv Once we start a game, we'll provide a 4 letter room code which you will enter to join in. (Or be part of the audience if a game is in progress)

Great Ball Rank gets the same items, with 3 Bottle caps thrown in, as well as 100 BP instead of 50. Ultra Ball don't get the items, instead, they get a Gold Bottle Cap and 300 BP. Master Ball gets 3 Gold Caps and 600 BP.

The first ranked battle season is closing at the end of this month. A new thing that Sword and Shield is doing is that it'll give in-game rewards based on your rank when a season ends. Even the lowest rank gets some nice stuff. So theoretically, you only need to complete one battle to qualify, even if you lose. Considering that you get 50 BP, a Timid Mint, a Jolly Mint and an Ability Capsule, I highly recommend doing that. In both Singles and Doubles, just in case you can double those prizes, before the 1st of January.

Dude, you were ready for Leon ages ago. His Pokémon only reach level 60. You get more watts checking Dens once you beat Leon. 200 for each glowing one and 2000 for every one you check with a raid inside. Way quicker than Rotom Rally.

Yeah, it's the only day we'll be available to stream the thing.

So an idea that @Dcubed and I had was to get together a group to play some Jackbox games this Tuesday. Simply put, we would stream us playing a selection from the 6 packs and others can use their phone (or any device with an internet browser) to join in and play along. Even if a room is full, people can still join as part of the audience and influence the games. There's a number of games that I think would be great for this streaming setup. Quiplash - A game all about thinking up funny responses to a number of scenarios and statements. Your answers will be put up against another player's and everyone else (including the audience) votes for their favourites. Votes means points and the highest score wins. Trivia Murder Party 2 - A horrific game where you answer trivia questions. Get any wrong and you get to play a game. Fail that game and you die! Don't worry though, it's fun! Only one person can escape, so make sure everyone else gets killed. This version has an option to filter out USA-centric questions, so don't worry too much about not knowing American knowledge. Survive the Internet - In this game, everyone answers a simple question about themselves. Someone else than gets that statement and must twist it in a way that makes the person who said it look crazy or horrible. Biggest troll wins. Guesspionage - A game revolving around guessing the results of internet surveys. The closer you are, the more points you get. Fibbage - A difficult quiz where the answer isn't obvious. All the wrong answers, however, are lies written by all the other players. You get points not just for guessing the right answer, but for also tricking other players with your answers. Are you the most convincing liar? I'm thinking of starting the stream at around 8pm GMT on Tuesday and playing a game for an hour before moving on to the next one. You don't need to watch the stream to join in, but it would make it easier to follow. Would anyone be interested in joining in? I know @Dcubed and @Ugh first aid would be interested, so that's a decent start. Also, we'll probably only be able to fit four games in before midnight, so it might be worth mentioning which ones you like.
-
Plague Knight is most definitely the trickiest character to master. But it's oh so satisfying once you do and start doing nonsense like this.
-
If your Switch is still in Warranty, then sending it in might be the best option.
-
D-pad is better, but that's about it.
-
The ironic thing about that event is that the title is a Pokémon reference, but all the spirits from that series don't wear shorts (Machamp wears Speedos, so it doesn't count), so there can't be any Pokémon ones there.
-
Only way to do that is to get off online.
-
I can get one. What time will you be available?

That's probably because before Sun/Moon, paralysis reduced the speed stat to 25% of what it was. These days, paralysis only halves the speed stat. So it's more likely a Pokémon can still go first with paralysis. Given Cloyster's speed, I'd wager that person was using a Choice Scarf.
-
There could be a number of reasons. Paralysis lowers your speed, sure, but if you're fast enough, the speed drop might not be enough to stop you going first. Priority moves such as Quick Attack still go first, even when paralysed. If Trick Room is in effect, paralysis will have the reverse effect on speed. Do you remember the Pokémon you were paralysing?
-
I think @Dcubed can help you with this.
-
He gets GALF, I get SANIC. You'll burn in hell for this. And it'll be full of stock sound effects.

OK, time to post hauls? Because here's mine. From Top to Bottom, Left to Right, we have: A cola-flavoured Poo shaped lolly (Obvious gag gift), a mug with a controller as a handle, another Boo shirt to add to my collection, a massive box of Tangfastics Haribos, a set of customised Joy-cons, a 5 pound Poundland goodies box (another gag gift), physical copies of Dragon Quest XI S and Alliance Alive HD and a copy of Guinness World Records Gamer Edition 2019. Not pictured is a nice blue hoodie, a pair of Super Mario Bros. socks and 3 gorgeous Club Nintendo exclusive posters. Pretty sweet, but I'm not particularly happy this year. You might remember that @Dcubed normally gets me some sort of gag gift, usually in the shape of some crappy DS game. Naturally, I play it because I'm a good humoured bloke and I can always have a cheap laugh playing some dreadful shovelware and telling him in some elaborate detail of what I thought of it. Don't worry, he stuck to tradition this year. He got me my obligatory crappy DS game... That's Christmas ruined then. Unlike all the other gag games my now evil cousin has given me, I have a history with this particular game. I can say this without even booting it up later. Sonic Chronicles is utter shit. I paid 4 quid for this dreck a long time ago. Ended up trading it in for half the price after playing it. Still felt immensely ripped off. And now I'm duty-bound to play it again thanks to the gag game tradition and relive the horror of playing a Bioware Sonic RPG that somehow doesn't even come close to mediocrity. It's not even bad in a Sonic '06 funny way, it's just depressing. Because that company can do better and it could have easily been better. It's soul destroying, this crap. @Dcubed has well and truly crossed the line this time.

A new Mystery Gift is available for a quick, easy 20 BP. Use the code "G1GANTAMAX"

Congratulations on your ineffectual piece of paper.
-
Yeah, I was expecting that one to be the best one. Peach's window definitely got the short straw here.
-
I doubt we're getting anything more than the Pokémon I mentioned. Game Freak generally don't patch big stuff like that into Pokémon. It's only ever bug fixes. And I don't expect that to change any time soon.
