Yeah, the backlash has been absurd. It's only six-ish weeks. I also hope they don't release anymore trailers, but only because I want to find stuff out for myself.

The UK gets it on August 12th.

The film festival? That's normally in September, though they're probably having some other festival in June too. Been looking forward to this game for so long I did, for a split second, think about cancelling the holiday. lol

I wouldn't mind it being delayed by a week. I leave for Toronto on the 24th. After waiting so long it's bloody typical!

DS4 battery life doesn't bother me as I have my laptop within cord distance at all times. With the GamePad, I'm not always near a plug socket. Although ironically the way my bedroom is set up at the moment, I do, but the Gamepad is gathering dust so it doesn't matter.

I found the album boring and repetative on the first listen but on further listens it's definitely growing on me. Especially Identikit, Present Tense and some others. I really disliked King of Limbs, especially the opening track which made my brain hurt. But I do love Codex. I guess my ranking of their albums would be... In Rainbows OK Computer Hail to the Thief Amnesiac Kid A A Mood Shaped Pool The Bends King of Limbs Pablo Honey They're probably one of the only bands I can think of whose debut is never that highly rated compared with their later stuff.

I got bored after a day. Just didn't see the point. It didn't give me anything other social media platforms hadn't already covered.

Diablo 3 is great. One of my first platinums! Alienation is also getting local co op soon.

Playing on a decent controller is definitely a reason for them going second/third party. I hate the GamePad and really don't mind the Dualshocks sticks. It's no Gamecube pad but pretty close.

Yeah there isn't this big anti-Nintendo conspiracy, at least no from PlayStation fans that I can see. They've love the opportunity to play Nintendo games but aren't willing to invest in an inferior machine to do so. Can't really blame them to be honest. From what I've seen since jumping ship and buying a PS4, Sony seem to support their studios creatively. They'd probably trust Nintendo make great software. Bar the last few years Nintendo have always had a great slew of software, it's the hardware they always seem to mess up with.

I really hope they continue with P.T. It was absolutely terrifying. And although I am really looking forward to VR I'm not sure if I can play this in VR. I was frightened enough with just the normal setup.

Metroid would get eaten up by Sony fans. It'd probably sell a fair more units too.

I'm level 25. It's getting considerably harder but I just can't stop playing. This and Enter the Gungeon are seriously addictive games!

Tropico 5 is good fun. Bought that quite a while ago. Luckily for me, I don't have and haven't played the other two

I don't need others to see it to feel validated or like I've accomplished something. And even if people did see it, they'd be strangers and you'd never know. So, even if the universe was a lot smaller, you'd never know if anyone actually saw your planet. And anyway I like the idea of the game being lonely. Space is big. Space is lonely. :P

This would sort of defeat the whole awe-inspiring aspect to it? I like the idea that there are other people out there but the chance of coming across anyone is so slim. It'll be an amazing day when or if you finally come across another planet that somebody else found first!

Sad times indeed. The first two were brilliant. The one on the Wii was the last one I played and it was nothing compared to the others. Guess that's nothing for me on the WiiU this year then!

I would also love a chance to play SS without the motion controls. I disliked waggling so much I didn't even finish it. That and that game was a little boring in places.

I won't be buying anything this year. Unless Paper Mario is more like the first two games rather than the more recent ones.
