Im debating whether to say Gantz or not...

 

Has anyone seen Tengen Toppa Gurren-Lagann and if so is it any good or not?

 

Im in the mood for something new to watch and I thought it looked promising.

 

Watched the first episode of Noein last night, was very confused.

It has it's ways.Trust me it get's so much better,I was confused a lot at times but at parts you go "Oh I get it now"

 

Really enjoyable anime and worthwhile watching.

Can anyone tell me the best fansub group for Azumanga Daioh? I've seen most of it before but I watched it all on Youtube some time ago. I tried d/l it but I got one with DVD style subs that you turn on and off, and they were really badly laid out (sign translations and translator notes overlapping the speech).

I got the KAA subs, good DVD quality, soft subs but the type setting is good.

 

I'd like to live in Eureka Seven (Air surfing!)world

Denno Coil (cyber world overlayed on real world)

.Hack\\ (just cyber world)

Also Noein (travelling between dimensions)

That's the one I've got, but the subtitles overlapped each other so often that I was missing some of the jokes. What program do you use to watch it, I was using VLC. Maybe I should try Media Player Classic :hmm: Cheers for the help :)

 

Edit: Nevermind :indeed:, using VLC was a mistake apparently. Works fine in WMP.

I just watched both Death Note movies and i think i might have ruined the ending of the anime for myself! although i don't think so

 

Chief Yagami: Ha Ha...lets go to america for no apparent reason

 

Others: yeay!

 

Rem "kills" L/Watari, turns to sand and destroyes second Death Note

 

Light:Ha Ha the Death God killed itself to portect Misa...just as i have planed

 

Light: Misa, i must kill my father! ha ha ha sacrifices are nessescery blah blah blah

 

Misa: nooooo, hes your father blah blah blah....

 

*writes in Death Note* "brings back Death Note, hands it over and dies of a heartattack"

 

*Chief Yagami returnes to HQ*

 

Light: Give me the Death Note!

 

*opens briefcase....contains no Death Note*

 

Light: Where is it?!

 

Cheif Yagami: Ha ha ha, i didn't really go to America and i heard every word you said, you are an evil bastered!

 

Light: noooo, why arn't you dead?!

 

L: Ha ha i'm alive the death note you wrote in was a fake, this is the real Death Note, also i've decided to Kill myself by writing my own name in the Death Note for no apparent reason, i shall die in 20 days mwa ha ha!

 

*police rush in*

 

Chief Yagami: your under arrest bitch!

 

Light: noooo, i am the god of the new world how could this happen? The crime rate had droped by 70% how can you not say that this is the perfect world.

 

Chief Yagami: The law is not perfect and neither are the people who created it...(que speach about how everything isn't perfect)

 

Light: noooo Ryuk, kill them all, write their names in your note!

 

*Ryuk writes Yagami Light's name in his Death Note*

 

Light: noooooo, your all aginst me...*Dies*

 

*all Death Notes are destroyed*

 

*20 days later*

 

Chief Yagami: I've reported everyting but the death of Kira, i'll tell my family that my son was killed by Kira blah blah blah *salutes L*

 

*L dies*

 

*1 year Later*

 

Mrs Yagami: yeay i'm baking Lights Birthday cake, oh its snowing, bring your father an umbrella

 

Sister: waaa i'll never forgive Kira for killing Light and also crime has risen

 

Chief Yagami: too bad bitch!

 

Misa: Happy Birthday Light, yeay!....it seems i have forgotton somthing...ah well...

 

*Shot of Tokyo Tower with Ryuk flying around it with manaical laughter*

Really? Don't want to read it though incase.If only someone was able to confirm that the endings where different then i'd consider watching it.Reall don't want to risk it when there isn't many episodes left.

 

It's completelly different, you can watch it. In the movies, Mello and Near don't even come into play. =) So go ahead, watch it.
