pokekid Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 At least according to Argos (They wouldn't copy and paste....would they?)
ShadowV7 Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 I mean really how could they mix them up,bit odd to say the least.
The fish Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Lol, how confused can you get... Next they'll be saying it uses Xbox Live to play games online...
The Peeps Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 It's a marketting ploy to get the fanboys that will buy anything with Sony written on it to buy the Wii!
DiemetriX Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Finaly a good Sony product... hey.. wait.
ViPeR Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Argos should just stop their games section. It really is pitiful.
raven_blade2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Common people in the UK think any games console is a 'playstation'. Same sort of dumb logic applies here.
Smowza Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Argos should just stop their games section. It really is pitiful. i work for argos, they know nothing about the Wii launch or price etc. their games section is mainly based at people who are buying a console and games... not people who want all the new releases straight away (Argos would never sell any consoles if they didn't have games for them). However, they do get most of the popular games in (for the popular consoles that is). The're just not in the catalogue which is printed 5 months before it's even due to come out. Gamecube was dropped ages ago but nintendo made a deal with them to keep stocking it, but we rarley sell one and never get any new games in for it can't really blame them, i blame nintendo and dumbass casual gamers for that. oh and btw, Argos beat everybody when it comes to ps2 and gameboy (ds too i think but i'm not 100% sure on that one) hardware sales.
McMad Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Well at least someone is announcing the release date.
BlueStar Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 The Daily Star's videogame section had Animal Crossing: Wild World for the PS2 at number 8 in the all format charts last week.
nekunando Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 I'm just hoping (stupid) people buy it thinking it's the new Playstation and think it PWWNNNSSS teh SH1ZzL3 R0XX.. ..it wouldn't surprise me..
AshMat Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 Well at least someone is announcing the release date. This man speaks so much sence
Zero Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 How could anyone make a mistake like that. I mean you would think to at least check if you didnt have a clue about consoles and the sort.
blender Posted September 5, 2006 Posted September 5, 2006 worried how short of stock they will be. Argos should just stop their games section. It really is pitiful. Argos are excellent at competitive pricing. They had the biggest allocation of ds last christmas. So will probably end up buying from them.
Raven Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 .my god sony copied EVERYTHING! haha! good call!!! but yeah... people make mistakes. pretty funny though
Jav_NE Posted September 6, 2006 Posted September 6, 2006 Haha, thats unfortunate. Though to be fair, argos do a hell of a lot of stuff, its forgiveable for them to make some mistakes with their vast catalogue.
