kyletherobot
... When typing the keyboard is normaly in my lap. I just put it on the table for artistic purposes. ahhh. your artisticness really has really shone through on topic: i really want a HDTV for my xbox 360 but that is the only thing it would be used for at the moment, i already have an LCD TV that i bought not long ago so i cant really justify a purchase, well not at least until i get the first installment of my student loan through... The3rdChildren
I saw a high definition signal being played on a HDTV in Tesco earlier, and it was freaking incredible. Not £300 incredible, but pretty incredible. I use my Samsung HDTV for Xbox, freeview and sometimes as a PC screen. It's kinda uncomfortable to type with the keyboard on my lap, whilst reaching halfway across the room for the mouse. For Stretch Armstrong it's fine, for me it is not. Guest Stefkov
i'm just wondering if this one is any good? because i really want one and that seems resonable enough, and Sasung are the ones in the shops are they not? for the 360 which look trealy cool on them. what size are they in the shops? this ones a 26" which i thinks ok. its got freeview aswell. PC input socket...=thats really what i want aswell an it has it. mt current tv is only about 19"/20" and when i played BF2 on it i goes to the middle because its not widescreen, and its damn small. will 26" be good enough to do my tc and pc monitor? im sure someone else has a samsung like this it looked like a 26" asell so if you know who you are could you please post and give opinions on this tv? Demuwan
I have a 42" Samsung Plasma I really love it and so any samsung TV has to be the highest quality. However I would opt for a 32" TV just because of the extra size I think its worth it.
Jon
That TV will do you fine stefkov, its pretty popular and does the job. DO NOT buy it from there though, you can easily find it £150 cheaper elsewhere.
Guest Stefkov
cheers guys, my crap tv is aout 20" like i said, so an extra 6" on that would be so cool. 32" would be nice, but that would mean more money to save but it would be wrth it so i might try and do that. im looking around and inve found the 26" for £594.98 inc. VAT, free delivery in 2 days not bad. http://www.247electrical.co.uk/epages/twentyfourseven.storefront/EN/Product/SAMLE26R74BDX?STS=247&source=PRICERUNNER

Jav_NE
I have the Samsung 24" (or 26", im not sure =/) and its amazing playing the 360 on it. Its not a huge tele as you can tell, but its the best i can afford and its a nice size in my opinion, much better than a DVD-TV combi that i had before! My only gripe is that freeview looks shocking now when you see the qualityof the 360, some programs are worse than others but it really makes me want to get sky HD. Way to expensive though. Bastards. Eddage
While questions are being raised about the Samsung HDTV's does anyone know if you can actually connect a PC to it via the DVI (I'm pretty sure you can), because I've read some customer reviews on different sites that say you can't!? Blue_Ninja0
Question to all you HDTV owners: None of you have problems with display lag? Because of the upscaling while playing GameCube and stuff. And what about the picture quality of Standard Definition upscaled content displayed on HDTV's compared to SDTV?
