Top Gear new series

I loved whe nthey were going on about being grown up and taking it seriously, meanwhile the doors said "Arse" and "Penis".

Oh, and the Stig - "Some say he's spent time in a canterbury prison because his teddy is called...the baby jesus!"

That race was really good. It would be such a rush racing for 24 hours. I would want to do that sometime.

Also that's pretty cool Cube. He done well helping them :)

And also the baby Jesus thing was immense.

I actually started day dreaming if some folks on this forum got together and entered an old Nova or something.

Best Stig entrance ever:

"Some say he smashed a canoe 5 years ago".

Great episode. The Stig is an immense driver!

He wouldn't tell me what he did, just that I had to watch it.

Brilliant episode

"Some say that he smashed a canoe 5 years ago". The best intro for the Stig since the last one, which i can't remember but it involved licking ducks for moisture.

Loved the whole 24 hour le-man style race they did, almost wreaked the BMW they used.

Command and conquer 3 music in this episode! Really made it for me :D

I Thought I recognised the music from one of my games but at that point in time couldn't think what. Otherwise was an awesome episode :awesome:

It's a pain that there's no Top Gear next week. Still, the Star in the Reasonably Priced Car the week after will make up for it.

Take it they were from your uncle? :>

Yup. I'll upload the rest to flickr or something later.

Did The Stig ever take his helmet off or is your uncle sworn to secrecy?

When they do the star in a reasonably priced car The Stig helps, so surely that means loads of people know who he actually is...

Five hours of Top Gear Night-In on 23 of December. :yay:

Tired of TV Christmas specials so sugary they threaten to give you diabetes?

Fear not, because the controller of BBC Two has somewhat bravely allowed Jeremy, Richard and James to pick and present a whole evening of Top Gear-flavoured telly.

We can guarantee there won't be a snub-nosed carol-singing urchin in sight and Gloria Hunniford has been barred from the building.

Instead you'll be treated to a festive smorgasbord, including James May's nostalgic look at the toys of the past, Richard Hammond's meeting with the world's greatest ever daredevil stuntman and Clarkson's surprisingly dignified appearance on Have I got News For You, not to mention the last in the current series of Top Gear.

It all kicks off at 7pm on Sunday 23 December on BBC Two, just after The Great Escape. We think Steve McQueen would have approved.

7pm James May: My Sister's Top Toys

8pm Top Gear

9pm Richard Hammond Meets Evel Knievel

10pm Have I Got News For You (hosted by Jeremy Clarkson)

10.30pm Match Of The Day 2 (not hosted by Jeremy Clarkson)

11.30pm Viva Knievel!
