Not at all, Dead rising is simpy 1 guy against a whole city full of zombies and you have to use everything at your disposal to kill them. Crates, swords, axes, chainsaws, light sabers, food stuffs. You also have to eat to survive. Apparently you're a reporter that has to take photos of the zombies or something, whilst saving all the asses of the people who are still there.
