Charlie
Courtesy of Google Earth. "Here's a question for you: what have the Nazi wartime test facility at Peenemunde and the Australian city of Perth got in common? Well, the first thing (and just about the only thing, truth be told) which springs to mind is that they are both next to large bodies of water. This is useful if you're going to test things which might go bang. Like V-2 rockets and - wait for it - flying cars: According to our Oz photo interpretation bureau (Clinton Bird), the vehicle in question is at an altitude of three of four metres and doing about 80 knots. Which rules out a rocket-powered project, and we can see no evidence of the Wankel-powered turbofan outrigger engines favoured by the Moller Corporation: Which leaves just one possible explantion: the Aussies have developed a gravity-busting hyperdrive, have bolted it into a second-hand Holden, and are seen here in the split second before their X-Motor made the transdimensional leap to hyper light speed." So when do you think we're going to have flying cars?
Letty
Its a conspiracy.
Shorty
Er, it looks like a white car next to a black car to me. And duh, we will have flying cars in the year 2015, along with hoverboards, self tying shoes and jackets that dry us when we get wet. Don't you watch TV? Konfucius
It's obviously raining cars. It's a funny coincidence but looking closer at it, the "shadow" of the car should be different, still nice coincidence.
Retro_Link
There was a flying/hover car on the last series of Top Gear and it was controlled with remote controls, it was really cool! It was 'flying' inside the studio a few meters off the ground! You can already buy a type of 'hoverboard' for a few thousand pounds! They work on the same principle as a hovercraft, but are the size of a surfboard; and you hover just off the ground, or water (I think)!
weeyellowbloke
Nobody ever suspects the Australians, but I always knew they were up to somthing suspicious. It's only a matter of time before they use their advanced technology against us in a bid for power, beer and barbeque sauce.
