Just finished watching the first episode of this and I'm loving it so far. Marvel's connected movie/tv universe is one of my favourite things over the past few years (even with me not entirely liking Agents of Shield) and this looks like it will be a great addition to it.

Apparently Channel 4 is not happy with the number of viewers they got from airing the Agents of Shield Season 1 hence they don't even bother to grab the airing rights for Agent Carter.

Just watched the first and second eps, enjoyed it, interested to see where it goes and it'll be good filler while we wait for Agents of SHIELD to return

First I heard of this! I really enjoyed her as a character(even though I just had to look her up) in Captain America so I'd probably be quite inclined to try and check this out. I was totally underwhelmed with Agents of SHIELD's first episode though, seen it on and off in bits since and kinda wanna pick it up but not sure how much patience I'll have all round. Will give this a go though!

Yes, I also thought it was great. I'd absolutely love to see the start of SHIELD and how Zola gets himself to work alongside Carter and Stark.

Also, they've now explained where the brainwashing in Winter Soldier and Agents of SHIELD comes from.

I thought it was great. Perfect to fill Agents of SHIELD's midseason break. Would be very sad if we didn't get another season.

The mini-series format worked well. It had its flaws - in retrospect they didn't really do as much as they could have with Leviathan, but a second series has a lot of potential to be even better with more on Leviathan, the return of Dottie and the Black Widow program, bringing Zola into the mix and the foundations of SHIELD.

Have this saved on my list. Haven't watch much of the Marvel series, aside from half a Thor movie and the first season of Shield but I'm getting warmed up so I'll watch this soon. Not too fuzzed about seeing everything in order since not everything is on Netflix anyway so I'm okay with that. I assume I missed a ton of reference on Shield but I can't recall it bothering me.

Unfortunately Shorty is wrong, it's not AMC and the Better Call Saul deal is out of the ordinary as that's only on Netflix each week over here as they have the exclusive UK rights for the broadcast - and it still isn't on US Netflix.

Agent Carter is not a Netflix series, it is on ABC in the US, and on Fox in the UK, where it starts next Thursday night.

Watched the first two episodes last night, thought they were great! Feels like it has got a slightly more light-hearted tone than S1.

Ah, I was talking the other day to someone about the situation with Better Call Saul and how and why it differed from Netflix's usual release schedule. When I read MindFreak's post about it not being on all at once, I put 2+2 together and got 5. Removed my post so it doesn't confuse anyone.
