Happenstance Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 @Happenstance Wasn't WWF Smackdown: Just Bring it for PS2? Thought PS1 only had Smackdown & Smackdown2: Know your role. Possibly yeah, they all started to blur together after a while.
bob Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 I remember a hilarious night of gaming when playing at a friends house on WWF (can't remember which version). We made four huuuuuuge sumo wrestlers in the create-a-wrestler mode, and then fought in a free-for-all. Watching these huge heffalumps waddle around and then fall over each other just made us all 'lol' and 'rofl' all night long.

Watching these huge heffalumps waddle around and then fall over each other just made us all 'lol' and 'rofl' all night long. Some of my best gaming memories are just being round a friends house and a group of us playing Wrestlemania 2000 or one of the Smackdown games for hours at a time, sometimes just creating PPVs and letting the AI take control. Wrestling games these days just seem to have lost that sense of fun.
Murr Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Yeah the Universe mode in WWE13 is pretty crap. It says that the wrestlers rivalries continue to build up or factions are made etc etc.. but you skip each week and the scheduled lineups are terrible like WWE Champion Vs Jobber Character. Wrestlers that you've tried to make have rivalries end up being tag partners etc. I always change the schedules in it, but it takes time and gets annoying. Previous season modes and as you say creating PPV's was just awesome.
