Jimbob Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 That gif cannot be used enough, love it. Did some challenges last night, managed to beat one of Cookyman's times before he trounced it. Would have had another go, but alas the dog wanted to go out for a walk. Loving the dynamic weather setting, driving around one minute it's dry. Next it's raining/snowy/stormy. It certainly makes this game even more better than it already was.
bryanee Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 I finally went back to this yesterday after waiting for it be patched and shit. Well I'm glad I did. The weather is amazing and it also looks like the AA has been improved. Fantastic stuff.

Dynamic weather and time transitions put together are just so fucking hnnnngggggggg. I played on a track earlier in Norway that started off at midnight/early hours of the morning. Pitch black with heavy snow. Couldn't see shit. It then eased off before going to no snow and then became heavy again. Whilst that was going on, it became early morning, making it much easier to see. It's incredible, tbh. Visually, it looks stunning. I'm glad I stuck with it and it seems like a bargain at the price that we paid for the pre-order. Digital, too, part of the reason why I play it so much.

You get free tracks every month and the odd free car. DLC gives you cars, liveries and events. As for a new country you'll get Japan soon. I'll be getting the season pass next week for the DLC.

I may indulge in a few paid DLC stuff down the line but am good for now.
