Posted August 29, 2012 It's never guaranteed, but pretty much, yeah. Especially for a younger player. Good win against Dud. Silverdale away will be the first actually challenging match. It's been a while, but I recall 20 DV(or 20 in avg form as it was then) translated to 1.6 in skill increase. I haven't found anything about it since then so take it with a pinch of salt. After writing the above I searched for it one more time and found this on the xpert forum. It's for the old formula(exp and avg form) but it should translate roughly to DV. Remember the numbers are not exact to begin with. It seems to be made from an user's own notekeeping and calculations. Keep training and experiment with your team, if you hover over a player it should tell you his DV value this will dictate the change they get at the end of the season. It needs to be over 10 to become a positive change. This might help you think about squad rotation. Those possession stats were unreal. We only created four chances, though. Disappointed by that. Also, I fucked up and played the wrong goalkeeper. This one only had a form of 3 or something stupid like that. Pleased with my forward line. My new striker got two assists, experienced striker scored and the other also got an assist. Surprised he didn't get a skill block this season so pretty sure he'll easily go to 21-6 then 22-7. But still. Urgh. Dunno. Do I just sell up and get in a 17 yr old or something? Or stick with him? Really annoying. Form is crap too, I find strikers the hardest to develop. (I've told the player that if he stays that moustache has got to go...)
