Magnus Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 I haven't felt up to sculpting today, so I thought, "hey, I'll just draw something!". Then I realized that that meant I'd have to draw something. Hmm. At least it kind of fits today's theme!
Goafer Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 I stuck to the theme today. Here's what I think the moon will look like in the future:
Marcamillian Posted February 7, 2012 Author Posted February 7, 2012 Day 7 : "The Future" - or back to it at least.
Yvonne Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 This didn't go so good but I'm tired and out of time...
Hamishmash Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 For the 8th, here are some designs for book covers I'm entering into Penguin and Puffin. They're not finals though. Full size on m' blog (link in sig.)
Marcamillian Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 For anyone needing a theme for today.... mine is "failure". Can't stress enough though... draw what you wish, theme only there if you fell you need a direction
Eenuh Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Something I've been working on a for a while as a commission, which I finished today, finallyyyyy. A design for a site to appear on a t-shirt and as a sticker. Made three versions so the guy can still pick whichever one he likes best heh (he liked all three).
Marcamillian Posted February 8, 2012 Author Posted February 8, 2012 Day 8: Failure - tangentially related but let me try at being more expressive.

Goafer Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Just a quick, crappy one today as I left it a bit late. At work we often have to rebuild eyes due to reflections in glasses, often to the point where we pretty much have to draw in large parts of them. I thought I'd see how hard it was to draw an eye from scratch, or at least the actual pupil and coloured bit: Again, not great but it was only quick due to the lateness.
Magnus Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I really need to find time to sculpt tomorrow, because I just feel stupid when I post drawings in this thread.
Hamishmash Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Despicable He Bill O’Reilly, the most repulsive living organism on the planet. I am ashamed to be in roughly the same species he resembles.
Rummy Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I really need to find time to sculpt tomorrow, because I just feel stupid when I post drawings in this thread. Hahaha, that's amazing. Has he seen it? Also totally totally loving all the Xenobladers, what do you end up doing with all these things once they've been made?? As you may all be able to tell, I've slightly given up due to stupid busyness, might try and get back into doing at least something no matter how crap it is.
Magnus Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 might try and get back into doing at least something no matter how crap it is. That's what the rest of us have been doing (some days, anyway)! I'm just going to put the Xenoblade characters on a shelf somewhere and hope that someday I'll be able to sell them to someone with more money than sense.
Marcamillian Posted February 9, 2012 Author Posted February 9, 2012 Day 9: was supposed to be Emotion but ended in a random doodling session.
Sprout Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Not much time to draw so here is a quick doodle. ...I want some hot dogs.
The Peeps Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 @Magnus lol that's amazing Have I told you lately that I love you and everything you do?
Eenuh Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 This is for those people who have overactive brains at night, when you should be sleeping. I know I'm one of them. Random thoughts going through your mind, thinking about anything and everything, seemingly all at once!
Magnus Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I spent forty minutes mixing clays to get the colors I wanted, and after that I couldn't be bothered sculpting anything. Oh well. :p
Yvonne Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Made it! Feel the burn... Today's was a little easier because it was a life drawing session, so I had no choice but to be productive.
Goafer Posted February 10, 2012 Posted February 10, 2012 I just spent ages photoshopping a friend onto Superman's budy, so I stuck with the theme (also stuck with it because time was running out and I'm lazy).
