Cube
That was utterly brilliant. I loved how investigations weren't simply "good" or "bad".
ReZourceman
Oh there absolutely has to be a sequel. Not necessarily your next one Jonnas but....you just have to sometime.
heroicjanitor
Loved this game so much, I loved my power and everyone was suspicious at one time or another. If it wasn't for my power I may have had a go at Cube for defending Nintendohnut, I was so sure he was mafia for ages but needed proof :p Killing Diageo was his downfall really, he should have killed me since investigations turned out good for him so my lie detection was his only real threat. Anyway great game!
Dannyboy-the-Dane
:bowdown: Yeah, that about sums it up! I'm not even mad I didn't win! Though I would have LOVED to see your faces had I snatched the victory from right under your noses! I even targetted the right gal! Seriously, though, Jonnas, this has truly been EPIC in the most literal sense of the word! Come on, everybody: SE-QUEL, SE-QUEL, SE-QUEL!
Diageo
And on the Nintendohnut side of things, how spiteful. Didn't deserve a point on the leaderboards. At least you killing me was your downfall since you were the main culprit that I had never trusted, don't even begin to think you could have stopped yourself being lynched. I want automatic putzies if there is a sequel.
heroicjanitor
Also Jonnas wins the award for the funniest write-ups and making everyone's character feel important.
jayseven
I agree, Jonnas needs to do another - but not a gentlemen II. While that flavour was novel and brilliant, I think it just calls for self-contained themes for future games rather than another trip to the costume-drama era. For now, at least. Diageo
Don't take it so personally dude. Its all just a game yo'. I'm not, I was just surprised. It would be one thing if he killed me because I was suspicious of him for the whole game, but because I didn't deserve to win? Spiteful.
Dannyboy-the-Dane
With Jonnas doing the game and the write-ups, the theme itself doesn't matter to me! (Though I can't express how much I loved this theme! And my role! My god, I've never been so engaged in a mafia game before!)
heroicjanitor
Don't take it so personally dude. Its all just a game yo'. It was spiteful though, "you didn't deserve to win this game so I killed you". Could have at least said his power was dangerous or something. Tis just a game but I don't like to see things like that. Diageo
Was it based on the game, he said I didn't deserve to win, and I didn't deserve a point on the leaderboard, not that my suspicions were dangerous for him or that my power could stop him from winning. It was clearly not based on the game, killing someone like a protector would have been much smarter, and he probably wouldn't have been lynched. jayseven
It's a problem unavoidable in mafia games - previous games have an impact on how people play. The mafia know from the offset which players are going to be trouble for them. Some players are great detectives, great confusers, or silent back-benchers, regardless of their roles. Feuds and vengeance will always be in the air - especially the mafia considers whom to kill on the first night. Somebody's gotta go, so how do they decide? Just unavoidable. It's swings and roundabouts.
Eenuh
This was seriously one of the besssssst mafia games ever. So very very tense haha. Seriously it was so hard for me not to come out and say "Dudes, I'm the Princess, just trust me ok?" because people kept suspecting me of being evil or whatever. And I always had to think very long over what I was going to say or not, as to not give myself away or make myself more suspicious. =P Also, I actually got a different power every night. Loved it. I stole Zell's map, and I sent a note to Maddog about that map (he claimed it as his own, tsssk =P ). And that note after mr-paul's death about Nintendohnut was from me too. Enjoyed it muchly! =D

Ellmeister
It was a great game. I wish I had last longer. It was a good timing by the mafia because it meant confusion as it suspicious after a big kerfuffle with Diageo. And Diageo, your labelling of people as being offensive and rude I personally find slightly hypocritical and laughable. Your "experiment" meant you were "acting" rude. I honestly believed you were evil and was stupid enough to believe Nintendohnut's claim that he never received his item Good game Jonnas thanks for doing it! Cube
because people kept suspecting me of being evil or whatever. I think that was mainly me. In fact, I probably suspected you much more than 'Dohnut. Which was largely due to me trusting my info (which painted him in very good light). I remembered thinking that you were the princess early on, unfortunately I forgot and then thought Heroic was the princess - a mistake which The Peeps (a true hero) paid for. Eenuh
I should have gone for you much, much earlier. I knew I couldn't trust you, which is why I never came out as the Princess. Was very difficult not to just blurt it out though. =P But yeah I guess in the end most people knew who I was.

jayseven
Eenuh; a new power every night is one of my favourite powers-i-never-had! You played very well, and it was good that you didn't come out as no doubt danny would've sought you out sooner. It has to be said that Danny played very, very well. In all honesty if he hadn't killed someone last night I was willing to say "yeah man, totally let him have his princess!" - some fortune was had with peeps' kamikaze move. When the game started I was all AFK and stuff, and when I was around I had to constantly fend off suspicion. Then I made stupid unreadable written notes when I spent hours trolling though the thread (to no reward, really). I would love to know which nights my protection actually saved a life! Look forward to Jonnas's notes and opinions!
