Posted July 10, 2018 That looks lovely. I suppose the big issue with that is that it will be prone to yellowing. I hardly use my white GC due to that reason. I've never even used the controller since buying the console new all those years ago, as I always used a WaveBird. The same goes for my Resident Evil 4 GC. The one that is available to us is just the standard pearl white model but it's pretty similar so I imagine yellowing would happen if not taken care of. I've seen Gamecubes on ebay that have yellowing of the controller ports ( also pointed out in the vid ) and yellowing of memory cards. I've even seen white PS3 slim models that have already started to shows signs of yellowing. It's why I try to stay away from owning white consoles, even though I love the look of them. Posted July 10, 2018 I guess I'm lucky as my Pearl GameCube doesn't seem to have yellowed. My Dreamcast on the other hand hasn't fared so well. My NES has started to as well.
