Ramar Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Got it from ASDA for about £27 earlier. Played it quick, had a torrid first game, (Where the fuck is Gabby's speed? He was slower than the defenders.) mainly due to reconfiguring the controls as I forgot my normal set-up. I've spent far too much time in Be A Pro mode and was all "Woah, lol, wut? etc." Walcott has far too much speed, but they've given him absolutely no strength, one touch and he's brushed off the ball. Created a Virtual Pro, and yet again the commentary for 'Richards' is for Micah Richards. Fuck him, why should he be the only one? Also how are all you guys playing FIFA 10. When it comes to passing, shooting and crossing I take the Assists off and use semi controls. I think the Assists are cheap as the CPU is doing all the work for you. When I start searching for games online I will filter it to semi only as people with assists on have a clear advantage! James Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Loving it so far, playing manager mode, controls seem so fluid, so much fun to play, go it on hardest setting, ropey start, then started winning and then, and then!! I got beat 6-1 off sunderland, Darren Bent was so fast and Carragher so slow!! grrrr. I had a game online which I 'won', I was winning 3-1 and the guy left on 85 mins, But nice to see you still get the win if player quits. Anyone want to play online just add moi. Was planning on getting this today but completely forgot somehow...was in bed for most of the day with the FATTEST hang over of all time and by the time i remembered this was out it was 6pm! I tried the supermarkets but they've all run out of stock! Gonna make sure I get this tomorrow morning.....if anyone's up for a game add me. I have the whole day tomorrow to get to grips with this! First season i got them promoted top of the table 10 points clear of the nearest rivals, however I soon found myself struggling for players and only just survived relegation the second season, the 3rd season hasn't started well. Pompey have the likes of Distin and Krancjar in their team yet they don't in exhibition or online modes...I can understand it in Live Season where the team changes as the team really changes but meh why in manager mode? started as pompey but might start at bottom as a lesser team...how about Southampton?!!!!
