ShadowV7 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 No streaming videos, only live blogs and it'll be over fairly soon.
or else you will DIE Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 another zelda on ds? yessssss i was hoping for this when i completed PH again a few weeks back
Shino Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 The Legend of Zelda: Railroad tycoon?! What the shit, Nintendo?!
Dan_Dare Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Yeah, it kinda does... But its Wiiware. so....what? geometry wars and flower look as good as their disc release counterparts.
Daft Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 I hope it's better than PH. Maybe they could make it remotely challenging.
ReZourceman Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Ah thats disappointing to me personally. I'm not a massive Zelda fan, but I guess its pretty exciting for a lot of you. New Mario would be nice.
EEVILMURRAY Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 The Legend of Zelda: Railroad tycoon?! What the shit, Nintendo?! Transport Tycoon was an amazing game. Quality soundtrack too.
Shino Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 so....what? geometry wars and flower look as good as their disc release counterparts. Geometry wars is a completely different style and I doubt Flower is below a 40MB download.
ssj Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 DSI ware... New Zelda... Wii storage solution... VC arcade Not the best conference ever, but im happy (goes to download new firmware)
ShadowV7 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 If you were expecting big things then lawl. I'm not sure about the Zelda though.
tapedeck Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 SDHC is brilliant news. About time sure but now Wii can really house hundreds of titles all at the click of a button. Sooooo glad!
The-Ironflame Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 (edited) The Legend of Zelda: Spirits Tracks is still a Zelda game the train is the new mode of transport it seems, plus you can create and control enemies. I didn't expect much it's only GDC no big announcements is no big suprise. Edited March 25, 2009 by The-Ironflame
Ren of Heavens Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Pretty good for being GDC. New Zelda DS and finally a storage solution. A few interesting DSi and WiiWare games as well.
Zechs Merquise Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Very happy with storage solution, very happy indeed. Other than that very little for the Wii gamer. As I thought actually. Let's just hope they're saving it all for E3!
Emasher Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Not top down like PH I'm pretty sure it will run on the same engine.
Shino Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Not top down like PH So you want the kind that shouldn't be on a handheld device?
Ganepark32 Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 I personally think that a new Zelda on the DS is a big announcement for them to make at GDC. Seems they're keeping any big Wii title announcements for E3 and thought they'd use GDC to give the new Zelda the limelight. Strange though that they announced the first Zelda on the DS 3 years ago at GDC and the next time Nintendo do a keynote they announce another for the handheld. Perhaps it'll become a tradition? Anyway, I'm happy enough. The storage solution is pretty decent. 32Gb allowance on SD cards is fantastic really and it'll encourage more downloading of VC and WiiWare titles so well done to them for finally sorting it out.
Ren of Heavens Posted March 25, 2009 Posted March 25, 2009 Yeah, this is probably the biggest DS title since Phantom Hourglass two years ago.
