Anyway, they're called In This Moment and I've added a vid for one of their songs, Forever below. Enjoy. Or don't. :heh:

It was better than the video and the guys hair suggested it would be in the first 20 seconds.

I don't get the singer though. It's like she's in the wrong band/music video. She kept striking "sexual" poses.

I'm loving Yelle right now.

I love the utterly filthy/retarded lyrics and the beat is completely yum.

That is my silly song of the moment! Hot damn I love the french.

Tu reves d'un hummer fluo

Dessiné par Akroe

Mais tu n'as pas le permis

Tu prends toujours le metro!

Yay for neon coloured synesthesia (albeit poorly executed in a post.)

Je veux te voir dans un film pornographique! En action avec ta bite!

Amazing, in a totally slutty french way. The remix of Ce Jue is making me spasm like a spesh penguin, it's so damn good.

Why is this not HUGE? Great track.

Talking of popular electr-influenced music, I can't decide if I like In For The Kill by La Roux.

I like elements, but it doesn't live up to it's potential. Hmm.

Apparently the albums pretty great (Going by what PopJustice said). It's a definitely grower (In For The Kill). I really like it now, I love that it got so high in the charts (Number 2 now in the midweeks!). Really didn't expect it at all. Have you heard Quicksand? You must.

Paj, I hate you. You mentioned In For The Kill yesterday, and now I'm totally addicted again. It's completely orgasm inducing.

Haggis, have you listened to The Teenagers? I mentioned them a few pages back (not at you, but in general). I think you might like them.

I love speaking in songs, and their schtick is speaking, then a sung chorus.

I love how it takes a poignant pause before the girl gets to tell her side of the story.

I heard that a few months ago, and liked it. I've never got round to listening to their other stuff though, so I'll give them a try.

Been listening to Enter Shikari's new song Juggernauts all night. Not liked anything theyve put out since their early eps but this is absolutely massive. Dont like Antwerpen but love this so i really dont know what their album will be like.

Recently I've still been repeatedly listening to Royksopp as I'm just really enjoying it, Junior is still the most played out of their three albums for me but no doubt Melody A.M. and The Understanding will match it in time as there is a lot to like from each album. :)

In other news I'm looking forward to hopefully getting my hands on Swoon... the new album from Silversun Pickups as I really enjoyed Carnavas a lot so hopefully their latest efforts will be decent too. : peace:

Thank you Youtube for reminding me Lacuna Coil's new album is out on Monday. :yay: Can't wait. Upgrading my version of Flash player so I can listen to a stream of the full album, courtesy of the band's Myspace page.

Been listening to some lovely 80's choons.

Enjoy The Silence by Depeche Mode, Blue Monday by New Order, Live To Tell by Madonna...

Though it had some dire songs, there's a lot of classics.

I adore it.

I need to cover this song, when I learn to sing.

I quite like it. I need to listen to the Hounds OF Love B-Sides more often. IIRC Be Kind To My Mistakes is from The Sensual World era. I may be lying.

I'm listening to The Red Shoes as we speak. Apart from Eat The Music and Why Should I Love You? it's a good album. Very engaging.

Favourite thing my eyes ever did see. Actually a stunning video. (from the movie length video she did for all her songs from Red Shoes)

Kate Bush obviously robbed of Best Actress for that film in the Oscars.

Fever ray is immensely awesome!

mad truths.

brilliant album, though perhaps not far enough removed from The Knife to bother with the side project moniker. It's basically Silent Shout 2.

Been listening to New Years Day all day today. Had sort of forgotten about them and then just had an urge to listen to them this morning. Really great band in my eyes. Hopefully they can sort out the mess that is their contract with the now dead TVT Records and get back to making new stuff. I'm taking a risk posting a vid of one of their songs on here what with the parallels that can be drawn between their music and that of Paramore but who cares.

Absolutely love that song. Yeh, they do sound a bit like Paramore but there is more emotion in the lyrics to their songs (and rightly so after what some of the band members have been through).

I just found Classic Disney vol 2. I love! I had Vol. 1 always, but was sure I once owned the second one too.

I love Disney. Part Of Your World from Little Mermaid. Stunning.

EDIT: I forgot how good 'One Jump Ahead" from Aladdin is.
