Cube Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I'm just wondering. Does one need to know what happened in the previous seasons to know what is happening in the latest one? (i.e. for season 5, did you need to know what happened in season 4?)
The3rdChildren Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 You lovely man. Thanks for doing this. I'm just wondering. Does one need to know what happened in the previous seasons to know what is happening in the latest one? (i.e. for season 5, did you need to know what happened in season 4?) Huge spoilers will be in this. Don't go near it if you're not up to date with the episodes.
Cube Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 Huge spoilers will be in this. Don't go near it if you're not up to date with the episodes. What I mean is: Will I be able to understand what is going on in Season 6, if I start watching 24 at season 6? (I have never seen an episode of 24...thought I may as well start with a new season)
Guest Jordan Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 No, don't... Take your time and watch each season it matters. Btw, awwweeeessoommmmee...
Meik Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 Mindless action that brought nothing to the overall plot. Average, and it didn't make sense. If it was all an elaborate ruse to find out who the undercover Chinese guy was, why did they kill 3/4 legit Chinese guards to break Jack out? What I mean is: Will I be able to understand what is going on in Season 6, if I start watching 24 at season 6? (I have never seen an episode of 24...thought I may as well start with a new season) You can still enjoy it but not on the same level as someone who has watched all previous seasons, as there are returning characters and plot points.
Colin Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I have recently fallen in love with 24. Currently half way through season 2, and after that only got season 5 to watch. 24 just damn rocks. Now I understand why you guys just don't stop talking about it.
Mr. Bananagrabber Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 I still haven't seen day 5. I've loved them all besides 3 so far, and 5 was produced by Manny Coto who produced Enterprise season 4 which I loved. So i'm not sure why I haven't bought the DVD yet
Hero-of-Time Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 Thanks for that Jordan, just watched it now. Thoses nasty SOBs! To quote Nixon off a Simpsons episode.... "YOU`LL PAY, DONT THINK YOU WONT PAY!"

EchoDesiato Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 Thank you so much for that. Bit stupid how it turned into a Toyota ad near the end though.
Babooo Posted December 4, 2006 Posted December 4, 2006 The correct spelling would be prequel. There's always one....
