Yeah, the amount of movement you have to do to get across screen has turned me right off it. I was really interested until I noticed that. I thought they might have done it so that when you got to the edge of the pad it continued to scroll... much like an analogue stick.

Very happy with the PS3 choices for November. I was going to pick up Remember Me at some point and wouldn't mind playing Metal Gear Rising.

Yeah in my rush to play Pokemon X I didn't read it correctly. Read the first part of the sentence and assumed you were saying the following games had free online. I guess my point still stands that there's a chance that third parties stop implementing online multiplayer, like WB with Batman Arkham Origins, for the Wii U so the advantage of free online won't really be worth much. Stretching it so that I was still making a valid point? I think so!

Which Batman game do we have which has online multiplayer?

Next months PlayStation Plus titles: Oddworld Strangers Wrath MotorStorm RC Pretty 'cheap' titles for the Vita in November. I wonder if it's because of how new the PS3 titles are or if they're just running out of games.

I'm one who likes the way it's currently being used. I quite enjoy playing off screen but I also like the second screen functionality of some games. I also really like being able to play local multiplayer across the TV and GamePad instead of split screen. It's not the first to offer off TV play though. The PlayStation 3 has a select number of games where you can use the PSP in this way.

This actually happened to me before with GAME when I bought Soul Calibur on the PSP. Their response to my email was that sometimes they'll sell games with damaged cases at reduced prices. They didn't respond when I replied saying that they should at least state that on their site.

Is there a way to transfer Pokemon from the DS games without using Pokemon Bank (and the yearly fee that incurs)? Edit: Actually, no idea why I asked that. I remember the Direct now. There isn't.

They need to hurry up and release that extended battery for the GamePad. Now there are more games actually worth playing it's becoming so much more annoying that it needs charging up so often. Also those Mario & Luigi Wii Remotes which I have absolutely no need for, but want all the same, need to go up for pre-order

Yeah, the support is terrible. I wouldn't recommend them anymore because of it.

Just straight up credit card details. The percentage that PayPal were skimming off the top of each sale was probably a big portion of the money they make per sale considering they must be only making a tiny amount anyway. I won't be using them again. Having major issues with returning an item at the moment, so losing the PayPal safety net just makes me more weary.

They really do. I wonder how much of that they're implementing on the PlayStation Vita and Microsoft SmartGlass. And if they're doing any second screen functionality at all for the PC version.

Does anybody know how to actually set Wii Mode (and only Wii Mode!) to output in stereo? The change log for this update seemed to suggest that they'd fixed this but I'm still getting five channels being sent to my amp?

Where is the option to set the Wii sound output mode? Mine is still forcing 5 channel down to my amp when in Wii Mode when Wii U mode is set to surround sound. Really like that I can now play Wii mode on the GamePad but they could have made it so you could go from Wii U mode to Wii mode without having to be near the TV to press a Wii Remote button. Have to switch the console off and then hold down b while it boots.

I'm hoping Sainsbury's will be taking part in the upgrade program but I doubt it! Probably will only happen at GAME and maybe ShopTo and Amazon.
