Shame that Mega Man X isn't also coming this week, but we're only one game behind the US now (they're playing catchup with us and are getting Kid Icarus this week), so that's not too bad Here's hoping that they start bringing over more games from the JPN Wii U VC soon! (Super Mario Kart, Final Fantasy 6, the Fire Emblem games, Secret of Mana, Kirby Super Star Stacker and Panel de Pon would be much appreciated Nintendo )

Didn't get a chance to play it yesterday but I just got Paula last I played it. Loving it so far! Oh, BTW - she has her own bag and her own set of storage which effectively doubles your party's storage capacity! (so that should make you happy later on )

I wouldn't say that... Namco's localisation record in the last couple of years or so has been excellent and even includes a few EU exclusives! (like the 2 One Piece Unlimited Cruise games) TBH, they're actually probably the best choice of 3rd party to snap up Atlus and also the one most likely to do so other than Gungho.

Small update. Remember that Gaist Crusher game coming from Capcom? Well it turns out that it's being made by Treasure! While I'm disappointed in seeing that this is what they've been working on all this time (as I don't think the trailer makes it look particularily great), their track record is still impeccable so they automatically get the benefit of the doubt.

Well it might not necessarily be a "Harvest Moon" game per-say, much like how Pokemon Conquest isn't a straight "Nobunaga's Ambition" game... Besides, it's not like they'd own up to it and spoil the surprise anyway

It's fucking bollocks! SC2 is my favourite SC game and one of the very few traditional fighting games I actually really like! Yeah, yeah, I can get it on either of the other two consoles I own, but I can't play it with my favourite character (Link) unless it's on Wii U (That's not to say that I don't love the game regardless, or that Cervantes or Yoshimitsu don't kick arse on their own - but man it's such a kick in the balls to have that big gaping hole in the character roster ) Nintendo really should think about moneyhatting Wii U ports of SC2 and TOS HD. Those games mean a lot to their audience! Makes sense. Namco would have to pay to licence Spawn if they wanted him on the 360 version and nobody liked him anyway (Namco own Necrid though, so there's no issue there)

I LOVE THE ROLLING HP COUNTER! Just fought the second boss and got my arse handed to me by a critical hit... Went for one last quick strike... YOU WON!!! 1 hp left! OOOHHH FUCK ME! That was scary! It's a stroke of genius! BTW, the game is now 10th on the all time eShop charts

Dunno, never played them before. From what I hear, Mega Man 2 GB is a pile of crap, while the sequels are supposedly much better.

They're not. They're original games that feature elements from the NES titles in rearranged form.

Hey! I just discovered something slightly neat and pointless! The Wii U web browser uses the same Wii Motionplus pointer controls as in Skyward Sword! Try covering up the pointer when you're using the web browser with the Wiimote and you'll notice that it carries on working regardless! (though if you purposly try to throw the calibration off, you'll notice the pointer snap back into the correct place as soon as you remove your hand from the IR pointer, so it's also using the sensor bar for calibration - just like Skyward Sword!) Strangely enough, motionplus isn't used anywhere else in the Wii U's OS - just the internet browser

Kirby's Adventure is at the Number 1 spot (yes it was a 30p game). BTW, It's now 13th. Just surpassed NSMBU!

Oh! It's up to 14th place on the all time charts now! How long till it hits the number 1 spot? Tomorrow?

I've already downloaded it and I can't wait to play it, but I'm playing through Earthbound first. Thinking about it, Wayforward really got a bum deal with the choice of release date here. I hope that Shantae doesn't get crushed by the sheer excitement of Earthbound's VC release...

Wow! It's not even been out for 5 hours and it is already the 18th best selling game of all time in the EU eShop! It has already beaten Nintendo Land in digital sales! BTW, I just added one more to that tally. Can't believe that I finally own the game!!! It had better be worth the 18 year wait!
