Got my Burnout licence today, and the custom stunt car. Woop! It's a very nice drive, too. It's also a Camero Concept, which rocks a bit.

Wall.E, finally. Just brilliant. Such a touching, fabulous piece of work. It's so simple, but the sheer force of the emotive animation and imagination on show really makes it beautiful to watch. Seriously thought I might cry at the end too, but I managed to man up and bury my emotions deep, deep down where nobody can find them as nature intended. Brilliant.

sorry! you had a pretty good reason I suppose but electric hobs are really very safe:heh: as for me: loosing the use of my left arm or hand somehow. I'd be completely fucking screwed if I did something like break my arm badly. My right hand is about as close to useless as a functioning hand gets, and the idea of being that impotent (not like that!) is very worrying.

I beleive so. ME uses some kind of focal marker on the screen to draw the eyes centrally to a single point. It's based on ballet technique to help orientation after a spin

Did a 5 man challenge today: 25 barrel rolls off the mountain jump by lone stallion ranch in 4 mins. savage as fuck, but we did it once we got our technique sorted. I didn't know you could stop the rolls with the stick to stop over spin. Was easy after that but we took alot of tries.

fair enough. it is ridiculous though. I mean, they'd cut that off with massive scissors right away. I am aware calling that ridiculous in a film about insane clowns on a terrorist rampage being defeated by a ninja trained billionaire in a bat suit is faintly pedantic, btw.

I'm with Aimless on the first point. In short, anyone I rip on or take the piss with is someone I like as an equal or who I expect to give as good as they get. In a weird way, it's a way of saying I respect them.

I've also started using gangsta style names for people. Ashley, for example, is known as A-Bomb round these parts.

I use 'kid' or 'kids' alot. It doesn't matter the age, but it's an endearment I've used for a while- kinda used as a satire of kids tv enthusiasm, almost. I tend to use it most when laying down x-treme knowledge.

Just been to the pub with my mate. He goes to uni in Scotland so it's hard to find times when we're both in Sheffield. This eve was most awesome, however- e talked of the great issues of our times: how good The Dark Knight is, and the state of modern rock, and how much !!! kick ass. truly a meetings of minds. quite drunk. rwar!
