see that's the thing. You smoke, and your friends smoke. You'd all go to coffee shops (who wouldn't? coffee and weed am both win!) but would anyone new show up? that girl you know at school, say, who never partook in an illicit joint? (are you at school? don't mean to assume:))

haha I can imagine. Guh. All these games look identical. I know the Japanese love their franchises an shit, but really! The whole genre is a stagnant mess that's not actually moved on since the SNES was doing the rounds. I don't care that the stories are 'epic'- they're all utterly preposterous junk about teenagers saving the world or some shit like that. It's awful! Where are the epics about...well anything else?

well that's a bit better. The Terminator films were never hugely graphic anyway. Some of the T-1000 murders are a little gnarly (Johns foster parents and the security guard) but that's about it. There's actually very little blood, so a 15 or a very, very close to the bone PG-13 would work fine. Incidently- back when The Terminator came out it was an 18. Now, if you see a new copy in the shops, it's a 15.

here's a question: who thinks the legal status of weed genuinely effects how many people smoke the stuff? I'm unconvinced it'd make much of a difference myself. As pointed out by The Bard a few pages back- it's genuinely a case of being able to drop round at a mates house and get £20 of weed at the drop of a hat. It's just so easy that I think the much bigger reason for non smokers is health/morals.

I don't even know how IRC works. I'd quite like to see a chat thing become more commonly used, however we do it. as for Mods? hurrm. Good one. I'd say that bar a few examples this place requires very little moderation. Maybe just keep an eye out while we read the forum, and be a bit stingy with the permissions to use it if people kick off? I'd like to see it.

strangely enough I never go in to the nintendo stuff. I don't even get here through the main site. I've just been here ages and it's the community I call 'home' on the internet.

I think Salvation could just about get away with it. Maybe. I dunno- if they push is as far as The Dark Knight. I think it'd be a worse movie for it, but it's not the end of the world (lol! geddit!?) The Punisher? err...what? what on earth is the point in making a film about a man who guns down drug dealers for kicks if you cant, well, show him gunning down drug dealers?

I tend to read most of the threads in gen chat and other consoles. Then, as appropriate I work through a check list: -Tell Dyson his Geometry Wars score is rubbish and he plays like a girl - think of a stupid theme for the picture thread and post something humiliating - stray in to a thread vaguely political/philosophical/opinionated and insult everyone - pwn noobs with my authroitah powers. - bitch about you lot behind your backs in the staff section and spread gossip.

Yeah I know. I always had a thing for my friend Laura. She's my perfect type, artistic, funny, smart. we're just that little bit different that it was an option back in the day, and we're too good as friends anyway. Ho hum. Various kinds of water under the bridge etc and so on.
