  1. This is amazing So is this fuck yeah More Tori Amos? Paj. We get it. you quite like her.
  2. no no. The beginning is awesome. Probably the best set up for a series you'll ever read. Things slow down in the 2nd years worth of issues (13-24) but not in a bad way. Lots of excellent character development ho! um, yeah. read it biatch.
  3. patience! umm, yeah starting now. Good idea? not sure.
  4. I MUST WRITE STUFF ABOUT A MAN IN TIGHTS O_0
  5. hopefully, 'pain and misery' is jaycode for 'poontang'. *cough*
  6. enough of this Tori Amos shit! this man is on to something!
  7. I like it. It's chunky and personal- and that jacket looks wicked. hyou guys gonna be putting the whole thing together? If not- can I borrow your friend? I need an artist!
  8. i mean i want to know about it.
  9. Yeah I should get on those. I'm not sure if the site would fund my monetary tresspasses in Forbidden Planet. They might even send me stuff in the post. I hope they don't want me to review my own stuff, because I've...never bought a new graphic novel....ever... wrong thread much? I'll shush.
  10. don't tell me you didn't expect that? umm, yes. lame film. It's just all a bit naff, innit. Banna is good as Hector (a criminally underrated character across literature and history. good too see it's continued!) and the cinematography and choreography were pretty spectacular. Bout it though. it mauls the myth and the literature it's based on- a hate crime in my classically educated little bubble
  11. Yeah it's just a sample submission, so I'll only be reviewing the first volume anyway. Quality writing and art in there so plenty to harp on about (they want 750-1000 articles twice a month so I need good books!)
  12. Props to Ashely: found me a site looking for comic book reviews on freelance. 1.2 million unique hits a month and very possibly a bunch of free comics every month. shabba. Gonna review Invincible and Ultimate X-Men for my submission I think.
  13. you really don't like Guinness, do you?
  14. you mean The Sweet Escape haggis? dirty lies! It's amazing. Go back to it.
  15. on perfect pop: Gwen Stefani continues to amaze, years later, with her savvy ear for production and brilliant lyrics. She's well ace.
