Apart from Assassins Creed I'm finding it pretty hard to think of a original IP Ubisoft have made for the 360/PS3 and I really doubt any of them are suited for the Wii and if they were it would probably be best if they were built ground up. Though I don't see how Ubisoft don't think there is a market when Red Steel sold so well. Yes Ubisoft really should be in disgrace with the graphics looking like that but they are going for quantity over quality at the moment. And if it sells that means Ubisoft (hopefully) spend more on their Wii games and if it doesn't sell they will rethink their strategies. Thats the point I'm was trying to make pretty much...

Yeah you are right, they have a 4 game contract with them and the 4th game hasn't been announced yet. It is good to see working again and its good to see them coming up with interesting ideas to the Wii and Mad World is definitely the game I'm most looking to out of the 3 announced games.

Except how is it? If there is a market for it, sell it. Simple as. Ubisoft aren't trying to woo you lot.

More specifically Sega own PlatinumGames. The article is really good but it shouldn't be posted online. Either go buy it or wait till it shows up on the EDGE website or just wait till other websites get the information.

Sigh. I don't see why you are complaining. This game isn't being developed for you so why get so worked up about it. Fair enough if it was Nintendo's highly anticipated new IP but its not. Yeah I don't have a Wii but that doesn't mean I don't want one. There are more than enough solid games by Nintendo and 3rd parties and I don't see the point in getting worked up over such a game.

lol @ this thread. Ubisoft want to make money. Nintendo want to make money. They do not care about any of resentment towards "casual games" because you opinion does not make a difference to them or the "casual gamers".

They are not one time line. The movie's take place in Hong Kong while the TV series takes place in Japan. The TV is just an alternate universe of the original.

Does anybody else prefer Joystiq to Kotaku? I find Joystiq just better in pretty much every way so I only ever go on Kotaku if I'm really bored.

Sigh. Bought M.I.A.'s Arular today, it sounds pretty great so far. Her voice is awesome although the kind of style isn't normally my type of music I'm really liking it so hopefully I'll get a bit of money soon and buy Kala.

How did Zack and Wiki fare then? It is not more of a risk, sure they may be more overheads, but I wonder how much Red Steel cost Ubisoft, but they have got two consoles to sell it on, availability of premium content, much better online infrastructure. You obviously havn't seen whats been selling? How long has Mario & Sonic At The Olympic Games been in the top ten? Wii Play, Game Party all outselling Super Mario Galaxy. Now that is a sad sigh indeed. -

I guess you don't know what the word reckon means. And I got it from my friends and people on here as well as a few other sites. Its IW's game and I wouldn't trust anybody else to do a port. Just look at EA's port of The Orange Box for proof why external groups shouldn't do it. No offense but are you comparing scaling to low end pcs to downgrading everything, changing the entire code, developing a new control scheme etc to fit a different console? Sure enough scaling back engine to run on a low spec pc is no easy task but its a walk in the park to porting a game. Yeah because 360 and PS3 games don't sell.
