I am so happy L4D2 is getting new content, it makes me feel less crazy for still playing it weekly for all these years as it proves I’m not the only one still in love with this game lol

Crazy redd is also on my island, he’s got a genuine Quaint painting if anyone wants it. My island is open from now

DKC 2, Mario Super Picross, and Peace Keepers are getting added to the SNES library.

I only got to play the demo of this on 360 and then it was delisted before I had a chance to buy it, but I remember it being so much better then it had any right to be. I'd love to play it on Switch when its released.

1) What games are people playing on their Switch at the moment? Astral Chain, Paper Mario: The Origami King and Yoshi Crafted World. I also still play Animal Crossing and Tetris 99 every day 2) What's the next game release you're looking forward to? Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. I can never decide which is my favourite 3D Mario game; it changes from one of the two Galaxy games to this. So the idea they its getting released again with extra content is fantastic news for me, I just wish it was out this side of Christmas. I can't think of anything else for the Switch I want outside of that. 3) How many people are actually picking up Super Mario 3D All-Stars on day one? I can't make up my mind on it. I think more should have been done with these titles other then upping the resolution and and improving the odd texture (which they kind of had to do anyway). I played Mario 64 so many times when it came out because of how much I enjoyed it, but the last few times I went back I seemed to get bored. I strongly dislike Mario Sunshine and the only way I'd play it again if it was completely remade, which it isn't. So the only game in the collection that I truly want is Mario Galaxy. Funny enough, had this just been Mario Galaxy 1 and 2 instead, I'd be getting this day one. 4) Which game are you looking forward to playing first? If I bought it, Super Mario Galaxy.

According to GameXplain this game will have Online co-op which is pretty huge as it was something a lot of people expected the original Wii U release to have. I'm glad they've added more then just an extra character. I'll actually buy this game again for whatever Bowser's Fury is. I misread the date in the Direct though and wrongly thought it would be out in December. I wish it was.

its showing up for me or do you mean pre-install? I agree with you about Galaxy 2, its quite surprising its not there but I guess there's nothing stopping them from releasing it separately in the future.

Those Mario Kart toys with an AR camera on the front look awesome. I am very happy to see Super Mario 3D World has new stuff added. I feared they would just add one extra character to play as like they did with Tropical Freeze, so now I will probably buy it when its released. I'm a little disappointed with the 3D collection. They seem to just seem to be high rez and i don't like that they are only available for a limited amount f time

Yes, if they are releasing all these games then I don’t think it’ll be a 4-in-1 game like Super Mario All-Stars. I think it’ll be a season of releases over several months, similar to when Nintendo had their year of Luigi, which was several titles released throughout the year. I think of the four, Sunshine will be remade/remastered like Wind Waker HD. Super Mario 3D world is already HD and Mario Galaxy has already had a HD port made by Nintendo for the Nvida Shield device in China, so the work for getting them looking good for switch is already done. I’d love a remaster if Mario 64 but I could totally see Nintendo just releasing the N64 version and using that to launch N64 games on the NSO service Outside of that maybe some new DLC for Odyssey as well.

Tragic news

That didn’t dawn on me but you’re most probably right! I’ve been thinking about what I’d want from a new switch, but outside of an improved battery life (which the newer models have anyway) I can’t think of much. I’m assuming Nintendo are working on better joycons regardless of a new switch model because that’s a pretty big issue the switch has. A minor thing is that the little stand in the back of the switch could be better

I could see this being true as we’ve had Switch Pro rumours since last year. Around 4 years into the 3DS life they released the New 3DS so this aligns with a similar timeframe. If this were to be true, what kind of improvements would you like Nintendo to make to the Switch?

Huh you’re right. I can’t remember what caused it to happen in the past but I’m sure KK slider showed up a day early the last time two things happened over the weekend, but it didn’t happen this time. I assume he shows up on Monday?
