Because me not caring is my opinion and for some reason I feel I am allowed to voice it. I don't care what Microsoft have to say about Nintendo, it's not going to change my own opinion of the system. I'm perfectly happy with my Wii and as soon as I get the money I'll be getting a 360 too, but if Nintendo say anything about Microsoft I'm still not going to care. -

I don't think you will have to pay, Nintendo are usually pretty good with this kind of thing. Never had any problem with any Nintendo system myself though one of the lucky ones.

greedy moneygrabbers YouTube is a fantastic site, most of the stuff that infringes copyright laws is only about 2 minutes long because it's just a clip of a funny moment in a sitcom or something... admittedly there are people that upload whole seasons of shows but they're usually old ones anyway.
