  1. The Departed. Sheer fucking class all the way through, especially the soundtrack by the Dropkick Murphy's. DiCaprio has recently proved himself to be such a fucking class actor. Jack Nicholson, is his usual domineering self. The last scene in the movie is so fucking hilarious I almost wet meself
  2. ET is great, but Red Steel was really good when I first played it, I completed it almost in one sitting and I got really used to the controls. Maybe that's why you don't like it...you need to keep your hand dead still.
  3. I hope it doesn't suck too hard, and there's some way to voice chat.
  4. Safe. I used to love the Bean when I was a kid, and there are some legendary moments that make me wet myself, like when he goes to bed, and just before he does, he opens his drawer pulls out a gun and shoots out the light bulb. Still, I don't really find him as funny anymore.
  5. It's pretty neat I think. I mean, what else are you gonna do with the blood? And it's such a nice colour. I had a massive nosebleed a couple of months back that lasted the whole day, in the end I just got pissed off and started collecting the blood and drawing and writing with it. Managed to fill and ink cartridge with it worked for a while, then my pen got jammed :p.
  6. Ah well, I'm playing Excite Truck and I'm enjoying it, which is good. I still can't help but feel that it was a slightly missed opportunity though .
  7. We'll then I guess you didn't play it on the basis of it being "too hard to control" Ya woman
  8. Just went out and bought this, pretty cheap. The music is god awful, but it's a pretty good game underneath it all. I don't understand how people can say that it's better than Waverace though, because it's plainly not.
  9. Very nice. I like.
  10. * I guess he'll always be a hero to me....*
  11. No, people like Solitanze, Zeldafreak and The Ganondorf should be put to a slow and painful death; you know, to reciprocate trying to have a normal conversation with them. Oh, Zing.
  12. This was a must buy for me from the moment it was announced.
  13. Amen brother. *Shudder* Any baby that idiot has no chance of being normal.
  14. Only experience of CA I have is from the Marvel VS Capcom games. He kinda sucks
  15. Haha, Sepultura just aren't my sort of thing, they're pretty good but nowhere near the best. Dissection are actually another fucking epic band. Some of their instrumentals are stupidly awesome *listens to No Dreams Breed In Breathless Sleep*
  16. Yeah, I agree, of course there are both Pro's and Con's to the virtual console and both points are equally valid. It's a useful thing to have if you ever get the urge to try something you've been wanting to for ages or to revisit an old game that you've misplaced or that broke. I just wish that it'd be a little cheaper since all it is, is basically a rom, and Nintendo is providing this system so that we can get old games legally rather than just download ROMS, it's just that we'll it's not great value for money.
  17. Of course there's the counter argument that actually having a physical copy of the game is always superior to having just a virtual copy, one that you can't really display, boast about or treasure. It's despensible because you can always download it again, which to me, takes the magic away a little.
  18. I loled. There's something wrong with me today. How far is Chernobyl from the UK? :p.
  19. Today isn't the deadline is it??!
  20. VC is pretty good, but kinda overpriced. Some of the games on there I can find for about 2.50, and I end up paying 800 points. Still, it's a great service. I've been introduced to tons of games I'd never played before.
  21. It's still a question, and therefore requires a question mark. And Shadow spelt rhetorical wrong . Oh man, I'm such a dirty pedant. *Kills self*.
  22. Oh man, it's hard for me to contain my enthusiasm for this game! It just looks so amazing!! :D.
  23. Er, I have 3 articles that I'm just finishing up. I'm sending all 3 in, if it's alright with you guys...?
  24. Cause they blow . Nah, I'm kidding, I just tend to forget about them a little, they came in late and their thrash influenced stuff spans basically just 2 albums. The best being Beneath the Remains...they stole a ridiculous amount of riffs from Metallica and Slayer for that album . Heh, even the intro to the album sounds like the opening to Call of Ktulu. Basic thrash, but still pretty good. I see Stone Sour in your last fm...so maybe :p.
  25. Actually, Second Lifes active population is only around 250,000. Quite small for an MMO if you ask me.
