Having said I wouldn't order this, I just have. My BF was asking me about the Switch (he's not into gaming all that much) and what games I was getting and if there were any he could play with me. So I told him about SnipperClips and loaded a YouTube vid of it which he seemed impressed with. Then I mentioned 1 2 Switch. Watched a vid showing quite a lot of different games and he thought it looked amazing! I found myself seeing the value in it for when our friends come over. Plus we have a couple of house warming events coming up so this would be perfect. I'm actually excited about it now as I really want to see what these joy cons can do.

This doesn't seem to be working anymore. Do you have to 'apply' for a Very account to get it to work?

Jesus sorry to hear what you've been going through Blade. Hope you're on the mend. Sucks about the holiday but if it's going on the Switch then at least you'll get some joy from it! I've ordered: Switch Grey Console - ShopTo Zelda BOTW - ShopTo Pro Controller - ShopTo Bomberman R - ShopTo 128GB SD card - carphonewarehouse SnipperClips will be another purchase but that will be along with the neon joycon bundle whenever it's released. Quite tempted by the joycon charge dock and a travel case but as you say, the expense is getting crazy. I am going to need a travel case though as loads of work folk want to see it and I'll need something to cart it around in to avoid damaging it. Should be an exciting Thursday / Friday. Have no time off for it (might be able to get Friday at a big push) which sucks but I'm sure I can spend some of my weekend getting accustomed to it! Can't wait.

And that has just made me preorder bomberman with over a tenner off! Is it Friday yet?!

Welp. Seeing as my ShopTo points have just gone live coz my console and Zelda and accessories are 'processing' I've just used my points and got £10.61 off bomberman. £34 odd feels a bit better.

Really struggling to resist! But I can see SnipperClips being my go to for multiplayer for the time being. Plus, like I've said I've never played bomberman so I may not even like it?! (Can you tell I'm trying to talk myself out of purchasing).

I really want this. But I'm trying to be as sensible as possible with the spending on Switch as I am gonna want the neon joycons and SnipperClips bundle too. Having said that I have just loaded shopto up on my computer so I'm clearly struggling to resist.

Snippet of a 'The Verge' article about how the Pro Controller is the better control method for BOTW. I imagine most would come to the same conclusion without even having to play the game, but I can relate to what he's saying about how cumbersome the joy con grip can be having attempted Splatoon 2 with it at the event.

If it is £17.99 than I think that's about right personally. It was the most fun I had at the Switch event last week along with Arms.

Forgive my ignorance, but what does amiibo support do in this game to assist? Coz lord knows imma need all the hope I can get of this is a harder Zelda game!

I can cope with that, as I no doubt will end up caving to Bomberman during next weeks hype so I can wait a week to get hold of SnipperClips and the neon joycons!

See I want the neon joy cons so this is perfect but with it being omitted edition I'm wondering where I would get it from. Unless it's in GAME stores etc. Fingers crossed. I could nip out on lunch and get one then seeing as I don't have Friday off.

I wonder why they haven't noticed sooner? With all of the display models used at the events you'd think that somewhere one of them might display the problem if a lot of tech sites are having it? Hopefully it can be patched with firmware updates?

So does anyone have this for pre-order? It does seem pricey, but I don't know how long it is typically set to last. Seems like a nice change of pace from Zelda, but I don't know whether I should take the plunge or wait until reviews come in. I can see it being one of those games where there is no review of it until a few weeks after the Switch. Sucks because the more I watch clips of it, the more I really like the look

Why am I eyeing 1 2 Switch up as a potential launch day purchase all of a sudden? No knock to the head that I recall... I'll go and have a word with myself see if that helps.

It's annoying it isn't there but if I'm honest, I'm only here for N64 and GC virtual console. I honestly could not give a fuck about Kirby's Dream Land for snes for the 16th time. Thankfully there are some eshop titles which is good, but disappointing VC isn't ready just yet.

Right I'm all paid up with ShopTo Ready to receive the goods. Their website says that orders should be delivered BY the 3rd. Hoping so much for 2nd. Hype growing!

Oh I got one for a joycon charging grip that I forgot I had preordered. I cancelled it as I don't think it's a necessary purchase but now I'm doubting myself... Also, has anyone preordered with shopto before and paid for the item before they automatically take it on dispatch? Caused any problems?
