I think its bollocks and especially pissed off that in the times they admitted that they are likely to be doing it. I'm annoyed because I read the times online quite a bit... What makes news sites any different to other sites? why should they charge subscriptions when no body else does....I think its just them coming up with a business model that suits them and balls to the consumer...the worrying thing is if it works and every forms of websites start adopting it...thank god for the rise of the blog!

Well review scores are coming in by the sounds of things its like most of Pandemic's recent games...not having that sheen that pushes it up to current gen standards and makes iit seem like last gen. Averaging 71 over on metacritic at a moment (one annoying thing about metacritic is why is a B- on 1up a 60 on metacritic? B- sounds ways better than 60)

Posted on a few other forums see if anyone else had the same problem...Worked fine before when we were playing...I had to go to do sumthing which is why I vanished! Not because for once it didn't crash..

I'll defo be joining in but need some help with this problem; Right so now the last 4 online games I have played have all crashed on me when it shows the screen where each team is listed and how many points they all have...does anyone have suggestions what could be causing this? Never had this problem before this week and my matches are generally lag free etc... My system just totally freezes I can't bring the XMB up or anything, have to reset the system to get it back...so frustrating because nothing I'm doing is recording...

Lol I'm not gonna pretend I'm some technical whizz but besides frame rate issues looks like theres texture problems and light effects don't look anywhere near as nice...if you watch the digital foundry vid over on eurogamer it looks decidedly worse, almost last gen by comparison..

yep sounds good to me...what sort of time were you thinking... I've been thinking bit more info is needed for this thread to work, so everyones top 7 online games (if you have that many) and their days in order of which they can play the most, that way can have the most popular games on the nights most people will be online?!

Yeah I really agree with you and its something I always argue about when people slag off EDGE for their low scores, but very often what they write is hard to argue with. Jim Sterling who reviewed AC2 for Destructoid has often spoken about (on the sites podcast) how its taken him longer to assign an arbitary number to his reviews than to actually write the thing.
