Because it is...the primary focus of it was not to save their lives otherwise they would have devoted more screentime to setting up the danger each was in rather than these fleeting moments that were just glorified goodbyes.

Well played it for about 2ish hours. I do like it, think whilst yes the graphics have obviously aged they've aged pretty well. I think the characters art direction means they still kinda look good. Sort of in between trying to be realistic and team fortress? I think for an action game it starts pretty slow lots of cut scenes and whilst those news bulletins things are funny they were starting to do my nut in abit. The controls are so so a bit of mess to be honest in many respects. Sick of having to constantly centre the camera behind me but you forget how games used to be before twin analogue sticks. I mean its ok and functional but nothing more and as a component as it is, still could be termed as game breaking to a modern gamer. Also blimey the bike controls I was trying to weave through traffic Burnout Bikes style that was never gonna happen. I hate the license bits what an annoying set of tasks with arbitrary rules that restricts your progress. URGH...looks like they are something have to come back to as well... I think I will play it a bit more but its not instantly grabbed me but still given me enough to perhaps wanna come back for more and give it a bit more time, whether I end up playing it through to the end if another thing all together though.

Well I'm gonna join the weightloss masses once more...2 years ago I weighed a whooping 18 stone, got down to a more reasonable 15 1/2 and now in the past year since I've split with my girlfriend put weight back on and stand at 17 stone. I'm 6 ft 3 inches by the way. My nurse told me I should 15 stone according to my BMI but I didn't even weigh that much when I was relatively skinny, fit and playing football at least twice every week.

Its abit out of order sending off an email saying its been dispatched when it hasn't. Ordered an old school Sheffield United shirt for my dad off toffs.com which was said to be in stock so dispatch in 3-5 days. They charged my card so expected to get email saying it was on its way instead got one telling me my order would I sent them an email kicking off and saying I wanted my money back as its for a birthday present and I only ordered it on the notion that it was in stock. They promptly emailed me back saying sorry for the delay and it would be dispatched recorded delivery immediately.

Well colour me pissed off...on monday I got an email from zavvi telling me my two t-shirts had been dispatched, today I have recieved an email saying this: So I'm confused has it been dispatched or hasn't it?! What with the tetris t-shirt love ready to be shown off I'm upset that I started it and its not coming!

Well last time american networks showed an interest in rebooting doctor who we saw the joint venture with the bbc that resulted in paul mcganns single tv appearance as the doctor, I personally don't think it was ALL that bad but it was far from great.

thats not my primary motivator my primary motivator is being a massive Terminator fanboy and am just gutted that there hasn't been a decent Terminator game for years.

lol cheers for destroying any last hope I had of it being any good...I keep thinking I;m gonna pick it up when its cheap enough in the vain hope that it will be the best Terminator game since Robocop VS Terminator which wasn't even really a Terminator game.
