interesting article. it makes me feel a little better that i'm not getting a 360 this christmas. i've "wasted" too much money on the gamecube and dreamcast(although it was amazing and had some of my favourite games on it), eventually having to buy the no.1 console because there's so much i'm missing out on. as a student now i can't afford to buy more than one console this generation, and ps3 is the safest option in my opinion.

anyone heard of gogol bordello? a friend lent me their album today, and it's frigging amazing! it's like a fusion of gypsy and punk music, and not half as bad as that may make it seem the album "gypsy punks : underdog world strike" is produced by steve albini aswell, and i think it could well be a cross-over hit much in the same way as the scissor sisters did last year.

I love that sufjan song, it's my favourite of the year so far. and the album it's from(illinoise) is also my favourite of 2005, you should definitely buy it.
