You'll still need to exercise to get rid of the excess fat, but eating right is the way forward. Lol @ people at work who tell me to do more situps to get abs.

The two statements there contradict each other. If you follow any cutting routines, the majority will focus on burning off those calories and watching what goes in, including carbs. Eating a smaller amount of carbs and burning off those calories with something like running or swimming will help a lot. Nobody said anything about spot training or spot reducing weight. If you exercise enough to burn off those calories and eat the right way, you'll get trimmer all over which will make your stomach look better. Edit: Just read through this thread again and figured you might have been referring to Mindfreak's post about "no carbs", which isn't something I'd really advise.

I was in the car and somehow ended up listening to talksport. Lots of "Jack Wilshere is better than Xavi" comments. Got to love our pundits.

Had to go to the toilet to blow nose. Coughed. Felt an intense pain go right up my back and part of the chest. Can't walk. Head feels weird. Sat down, never getting up again. Pain. Pulled a back muscle I think. Really hurts.

That's pretty much it. Bale was the difference between the two sides. Aside from that, Newcastle looked great in the first half, but then slided after that injury. As for the miss, it's on his weaker foot (far weaker) so it's forgiveable to some extent. :p

Great game, enjoyed that. Unlucky that Bale couldn't get his hat-trick, Krul kept the score decent towards the end. Newcastle looked good for a point in that game, but Bale made up the difference. Also, Holtby looked great from what I saw, very lively.

This game has completely missed the boat. By about 13 months or so. It's taken too fucking long to get released. I'm annoyed by the whole thing.

I've got a pretty bad cough now. Haven't exercised for almost two weeks. I feel huge in a bad way and just megashit. The blocked nose has got better, mind.

I ate very little carbs during the summer and did some skipping almost every day. I looked quite trim and my stomach was the flattest it had been for a long while. Will have to get on that routine again pretty soon. The downside is that my lifts weren't as good around that time.

What song(s) are you really into at the moment?!

The Chorus is stuck in my head. Classic song. -
Got a late birthday gift from a friend...it's a shaving brush! I've always toyed with the idea of getting one, now I have one. Am looking at youtube vids on how to use eet properly. Need to buy some cream/soap now.

Out of those, I'd keep the two training cones, purely because they'll be the easiest to main. I don't really fancy training a 17 3, but his two special qualities are good. Unless you keep the 2 21 year olds, as they'll be more useful to you right now than the other ones.

*cries anyway*

The Ending to Season 1, right? Riiiight?
-
You could do that, or you could start building muscle now anyway. You'll lose some of the fat along the way. Also, the last place you'll lose your fat will be your core, unfortunately. So, for that reason, what I would do is start weight training and add in a sensible bit of cardio.

Is it that bad? I was a bit upset at the end of Season 1.
-
I've just finished Season 1. It's far too short. Need moar. Going to get Season 2 asap.

Just a question: What about the WiiU owners who have been looking forward to this since it was announced? Where do they figure in all of this? You have to admit, it's pretty shoddy customer service for them. Delaying a game for 6 months+ so it can be made available for other systems is a bit of a dick move, in my opinion. Yes, I understand the benefits for Ubisoft, but it doesn't really help the fans who own a WiiU. Having to wait more than half a year for a game that was dead-set on a February release is inexcusable.

Happy Birthday, Mudkipz. I hurd u leik burfdayz, so i put a mudkipz in ur cake. Hong Kong Outlet. -
September release? Wow. Going from a supposed February launch to September is poor from the point of the view of the consumers who have bought a WiiU and were anticipating this game. That's more than half a year longer to wait. If it's ready to be released now, then it should be released as it was planned, then just released for other systems later. Very disrespectful from Ubisoft to the WiiU owners on this one. This would have been one of the games I would have been purchasing when I eventually pick up the WiiU.

It's a dominatrix. Basically, if you work hard at the gym, they harass you and cause you considerable "discomfort". Hehe. It's Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness. If you train your chest on Monday, you might feel sore chest muscles for the next few days (possibly shoulder and triceps as well, since they are additional muscles involved in those exercises). I get it bad when doing legs, especially if I haven't trained them in a while.

Just to point out that we are doing official birthday stuff on Saturday (going out for a meal, taking Ine clothes shopping), so I'm not a totally shit boyfriend. She also didn't mention that I got her cake. HuHuHu. Lyk dis if u cri evrytim -
Yeah, DOMS is a hard one to figure out. I hardly ever get any DOMS when training shoulders, yet I've been improving a lot lately in that area. As long as there is improvement, such as being able to lift more or go for longer, then I'd happily live without DOMS. Nothing but a pain (lol) in the arse. I'm still fucking sick. Bored now. Coughing all the time. Haven't worked out in a week. Feel weak and fat.

They gave us TinTin. Poirot. Chips (apparently) and Jean-Claude Van Damme. But, the best that they have given us in recent years is Eeenuuuuuuh. Yeees, she has ripened with age and is as excellent as ever at 28. Here she is as Christmas Tree-nuh. and, a past favourite, as party Queen-nuh. Eenuh has promised that if she reaches 3 pages in this thread, she will dye her hair to that shade of blue. This is a legit post. Happy Birthday, Darlingk.
